Been here several times and each time, Abu Omar Halal has never disappointed! The shawarmas are my go-to item, having tried the chicken and brisket varieties, as well as the lamb gyro, and they are all beyond delicious. Surprisingly, the fries are always perfect too!! The tahini is my favorite sauce here, it goes with everything so well. The staff is so friendly and helpful, place is clean, and the ambiance is great too! If you’re looking for the perfect shawarma joint, this is the place you should go–you won’t regret it.

Lily was so sweet! She helped me choose what to have for dinner. Although it was take out I ate it right away because I was starving! It was SOOOO delicious! The chicken was so flavorful, the rice was perfect, the veggies, even the chickpeas! Everything down to the garlic sauce was EXCELLENT! My daughter turned down fries and was eating from my plate! She enjoyed it very much as well! 1000% recommend!

Perfect score! Definitely something you want to check out If you’re in the area. Good tasty protein selection. I got the lamb gyro, and it checked all the boxes and their sauce complemented so well. Do yourself a favor and go get something from here. You won’t regret it.

Had an awesome experience at the Anaheim location, so I figured why not give this one a shot too? We pulled up around 2pm and there were already 3–4 tables enjoying their food (always a good sign). The guy who took my order was super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.
We ordered two chicken shawarma sandwiches, Arabic style, and a chicken quesadilla for my daughter. The shawarmas were spot-on exactly how I like them. The quesadilla has a unique flavor which I really enjoyed.
Don’t let the salty reviews fool you, this place is the real deal. Delicious, flavorful, and totally worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

I heard this place was good so I drove over an hour to try it. We got the big platter chicken and beef shawerma since we were a party of 6. Good shawerma, good ratio of sauce to meat. Beef was good but chicken was more flavorful in my opinion chicken is classic. Fries are so crispy, amazing. I would come here again if I was in the area

Wissam, the owner, deserves serious credit. He runs this place like a pro — friendly, welcoming, and always making sure customers walk out happy.
And I have to shout out Mohamed and Lily as well — they are on point every time. Fast service, great attitude, and they treat everyone like regulars, even if it’s your first visit.

I just want to say this is by far our favorite Shawarma spot. The consistency is incredible. We have been here 4 times and every time the taste is above expectations. The service is fast and the place is so clean. Also the sandwiches are huge!
