Popped in for happy hour deals on sushi and shrimp dumplings. Both were fantastic. Friendly service at the bar, and great tasting food. Also ordered the Yaki stir fry ramen which was pretty good.

I recently visited DC for the weekend and found this place while walking around before the basketball game I was going to see. I was in the mood for sushi and soup and this place did not disappoint. Hands down some of the best wonton soup I have had. The staff were super friendly as well as very attentive. The sushi was just as good as the soup. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I decided to check out Absolute Noodle and Sushi Bar after seeing a bunch of TikToks hyping it up, but honestly, I don’t really get the buzz. The food was decent, just not anything special. I do like that the menu mixes different Asian cuisines, so you’re not locked into one style.

We started with the Crab Rangoon, which tasted good and had plenty of filling, though it seemed to be mostly cream cheese. At $8 for three pieces, it felt a little overpriced. I ordered the tofu pad thai, which was solid and flavorful enough, but nothing worth going out of your way for — and definitely not worth waiting in line for (which apparently happens during busy times).

Overall, not bad, just overhyped.

This place hit right on the nose for everything food, service and atmosphere.

I can’t provide any criticism here. This is must go to places. And if lived close would be a consistent regular.

Stellar work and kudo to the team here.

We stopped at Absolute Noodle after touring the National Mall. Everything we had was really good and the service was great. I especially enjoyed the tonkotsu ramen and eel avocado roll.

This was a great spot to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the great wait staff, the awesome authenticity of the decor and the absolutely AMAZING food! The gluten free options are great and so are the vegetarian options!

Came in right as they opened and ordered the salmon bento box and 2 rolls of sushi from their lunch special. The value was pretty good, in total, 2 meals and a drink came out to around $50. The food was as I expected but the restaurant was clean and the service was wonderful.
