My wife and I went for hot subs. My wife ordered a bottled beer. The beer smelled kind of off and the date on the bottle was 2013. They replaced that. My sausage sub came and the sausage was sliced thin like for a pizza and it was probably equivalent to one like. More roll than substance and the roll was burned. My wife had the caprise sub that was even thinner than mine.
Maybe their pizza is better but we won’t get to find out as we won’t be going back. $39 for this disastrous meal. The owner is supposedly from NY as we are but this resteraunt wouldn’t survive in NY.

My 9yo asked that I post a review letting everyone know she would give Abo’s “a million star review” because she loved the pizza so much! High praise from a notoriously picky eater
Agreed, pizza was great—crisp thin crust with subtle sauce, not too much cheese, and just the right amount of meat-to-pie ration

Review is for delivery only. The food is good and better than the national chains pizza no doubt. However, for ordering online you get to pay a $5 charge for delivery, a $1.29 Surcharge plus your tip so depending on the size of your order you can add quite a bit on top of the food. Delivery is so-so, you never really know when it will arrive. Could be when expected could be 30 minutes later so you get to play the guessing game while thinking about those extra charges for doing the ordering yourself.

We have been ordering from this Abo’s location for 8+ years and have never had any issues with toppings, missing items, quality etc. Tonight, ordering through the Slice app an issue was encountered. Slice refused to resolve the issue, was argumentative and ultimately left us with a meal that was not going to be enjoyed. I called and spoke directly to the manager at Abo’s Erie and he went above and beyond to ensure our order was delivered correctly, hot and fresh. I greatly appreciate the Erie Abo’s team standing behind the app and their product. Our dinner was thoroughly enjoyed. Sincerely, Thank you for the great customer service. It goes a long ways.

If you are looking for NY or NJ style pizza then try the pepperoni. It tastes good enough for being in Colorado but don’t get your hopes up. It’s not outstanding but it gets the job done. The meatball pizza is not NY style. They do not use big slices of meatballs. See pics.

Nice thin crust pizza with lots of topping options! Giant slices available at lunch. We love the soda fountain, too. The interior is cozy and clean. Glad to have pizza in Erie!

Pretty decent pizza spot on Erie, staff is always friendly.
They offer a good range of toppings, crust options are pretty basic but ingredients always taste fresh and spot on.

Incredible food with great ownership out of My. 100 orders only one time I dislike my food slightly, and the owner replaced it full refund with food. No problem. Very nice people.

I ordered three pizzas (1-pineapple/1-cheese/1-chicken) a week ago for my babies cousins for gathering . First of all you guys ran out of pizza crust and waited us an extra 1 hour. I understand things happen . But when we brought our orders to home ; these kiddos did not bit a single bit saying all pizzas are burnt and no perfection on cooking . Even there was no pineapple pizza at all . Friday is usually busy at most places – we also understand that but how come 3 orders of pizzas all 3 were burnt and gross . Thought I was supporting local business but you need to improve a lot . We will not be ordering any pizza from you guys until you assure the quality control of what you promised to deliver . Sorry

You gotta love New York style pizza . This is the real deal.
Nothing is off the menu for me. I’ve tried it all and never disappointed.
I think the meatball sandwich is my favorite. The Gyro is awesome. Their pizza is superior.
The owner is a true Rangers fan.
Love this place
