First time here because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed.

I’m a Salvadoran from LA so trust when I say that these are one of the best pupusas in Minneapolis! Chicken tamales are also really good and authentic and don’t pass on that horchatas or cola champagne! Ask about their spicy hot sauce which actually is better than their salsa de tomate for pupusas. Will be going there more often!

Decent food but very awkward dinner vibe. Absolutely nothing on the tables and no other people in the entire restaurant besides us. Also quite pricy for Mexican food.

We really liked this place. We went early so it was pretty open, but it started to fill in as time went on. The server was very friendly and attentive. The vibe was fun with great music. Let me just say that the majority of the food was very good, but the pupusas were amazing. I’ve been to El Salvador, and the pupusas tasted the same!

LOVED the food. I thought about the pupusas for days afterwards. Our waitress was really nice and personable. I will definitely be coming back soon to try all the delicious menu items. It’s a little hidden so make sure to keep an eye out!

I got the combination guanaca for takeout, got home and started eating, and I’ve never felt as happy with money spent. Everything in the meal is great, the papusa being the star of the show. Plantains are some of my favorite vegetables so when they’re in season and available I can’t resist. Can’t recommend any more than I am right now. Beautiful food 🙂

I have always loved this space (when it was Egg & I too) because it has very comfy, homey diner vibes for brunch and dinner — not many places like that in the metro area. Even better is a diner with homemade Salvadoran. The pupusas are excellent, great comfort food. So glad to have the business in our neighborhood and I am rooting for them to stick around for a long time! Definitely stop by!
