Have really enjoyed this place over the years. Delicious dishes and if you get the thali plates they come with sides and a choice of dessert.

We got lamb vindaloo and chicken tikamisalla thali. Mango ice cream.

Also if you aren’t familiar with the cuisine please research before you go. It’s not fair to give 2/5 starts because you didn’t know a dish was traditionally spicy.

Absolutely adore this place and best Indian food in Vancouver. The thali is the right price and such a great variety of foods. An announcement of some kind would be so welcome on temporary closure. Vancouver loves you, Abhiruchi!

Amazing dosa!!! The Thalia option with any vegetarian curry, is plenty of food!!! Hot, both in spice and temperature make this food amazingly tasty!! The warm rice pudding for dessert had just enough cardamom to make me want more.

Tried this place for lunch – it’s a casual Indian restaurant with excellent customer service.

One of us went with the buffet and one of us ordered masala dosa from la carte. Lots of options available on the buffet in both vegetarian and non- vegetarian sections. Most of the food items were 3-3.5 out of 5. Loved the dosa as it was made with pure ghee and masala also tasted good. Second round of chutney came from a different batch that might’ve been close to go stale. Other than that everything else was good.

Navratan korma 3
Palak paneer 3.5

Sambar 3

Onion rice

Overall a positive experience and friendly and attentive staff.

Delicious Indian food! Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants that I’ve tried in the US.

I could easily tell that the chef really knows how to cook tasty Indian food. We tried these items:

– Thali: I took Bhindi Masala as the curry (they let you choose one). Oh, boy! It tasted soooooo good. Too yummy! Super authentic. All items in the thali tasted good. Huge portions were offered.

– Dosa: We tried a bunch of dosas and all of them tested perfect.

Service and ambience were great.

If and when I visit Seattle/Portland, I’d definitely try this again! Highly recommend.

I am giving 3 star as I few of the items in my order were missing and the mango shake and lassi tasted stale. We also tried tea which was not so that spicy as the name says in menu.

Talking about what I like they have decent Briyani they all taste almost same just the meat is different. Also the quantity of the briyani is really good.
We also had broccoli sabji which was to mu surprise was yum!

All in all Indian decent food.

This lunch buffet is amazing. I like to put a row of rice down the middle of my plate and then spoon various curries and other dishes down each side. Scrumptious.

We were here for dinner with children and ordered idly samabar, vada samabar and chicken biryani thali. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. Idly is super soft and melting in mouth. Vada is crispy out and soft inside. Sambar is super tasty and got a feeling of mom made.
Naan is unquestionably the best I ever had in India and US, so much soft.
Biryani is pretty much like Andhra style where pulav rice is served with chicken curry. If you are from Andhra/India and appreciates homemade food , this place is for you. Gulab jamun was perfect with soft , juicy texture.
Traveling from Bay Area California ,I was surprised to find the best home made food Andhra style Indian restaurant in Washington state.
