We were in the area and found this place during breakfast hours. Visually the place is very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The pancakes were amazing! They were light, fluffy and generous in size. 3 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon for $8.99, a steal these days. They have a few baked goods that I also grabbed (yet to try), but they looked so good. If we are in the area again, I’d love to try their lunch menu and would definitely come again.

Exactly what you want from a market cafe/deli. Delicious food, wide variety of options, ample portions, daily specials, and super friendly staff. Definitely adding it to the list of breakfast and lunch options!

Food is decent.
I hace 2 main complaints: 1) don’t tell customers the grill is closed at 2 PM and you close it before 2 PM. It’s weird enough that the grill is even shut down before the restaurant closes but the time does make sense. 2) Don’t tell me you have Bulgogi on the menu but run out of it so fast you don’t know how to tell your customer of its availability and have to call ahead to ensure you get it. Just ensure there is more meat in stock to meet the demand.

Before beginning, I know this place has received a lot of positive feedback, and I’m sure, in general, it’s probably very good. But, unfortunately, my experience was a bit different. Arrived close to 10:30am one morning. The positive reviews are pretty much what brought me there. Asked the lady at the counter if breakfast was still possible. Fully realize 10:30am may be their breakfast cut-off point, but she agreed/said they could still do it. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with side of breakfast potatoes with coffee. Came out fast…. but perhaps a bit too fast, as potatoes were undercooked, cheese was barely melted, and the coffee, which seemed to be leftovers that had been sitting there awhile, was room temperature at best. Forgot to add bacon to the sandwich, let them know, preceded to give me 2 strips of precooked, cold bacon. Overall, a very subpar breakfast at best. Now, as stated earlier, I fully understand they may have been at their breakfast cut, off point. But if you say you can do it, I don’t feel the order should be rushed, resulting in a poor quality breakfast (would much rather you say, I’m sorry, our breakfast is over for the day, than rush it, just to serve undercooked potatoes, unmelted cheese, cold, precooked bacon, and room temperature coffee). Honestly, it felt like they were more interested in making a few extra bucks than caring enough to make something of quality, and for that reason, it’s highly doubtful I will be returning. In a world of speed and wanting everything done yesterday, there’s still something, in my humble opinion, to be said for care and quality. Unfortunately Abby’s Market Cafe delivered on neither. Core takeaways: Don’t rush orders just to make a few extra bucks and, apparently, don’t go around 10:30am. Thanks and hope someone finds this helpful.

Great place to grab lunch if you work in the area. The staff are quick with the food, and it’s a much better deal than doordash or uber eats. The Meatball sub is one of my favorite dishes here. Definitely worth the walk – or drive if you are close by.

Really great quick lunch at an affordable price. Always very friendly service. The daily specials are a good option. Particularly Wednesday bulgogi.
