They have plenty of options and they load up their Ultimate Meat Pizza with everything you love.
Always cooked to perfection.
The place was spacious and immaculately clean. The service was great. I was short of time and the staff took care of it. The pizza, even tops the service. The crunchiest pizza I ever had. I was really glad that I ran into this Abby’s.
Ambience: Nice
Music: did not notice
Service: very very very friendly
Food: makes you happy that you had that pizza.
If I could give Abby’s a zero-star rating, I would. I am absolutely horrified by the customer service and the complete lack of humanity displayed at this location. My 62-year-old father, a loyal Abby’s customer for years, placed a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When he arrived, a woman at the counter told him it would be another 7-minute wait. While he was waiting, he overheard the woman tell the manager that he had accidentally given his pizza away. The manager seemed confused and in denial.
When my father approached the counter to figure out what was going on, the manager accused him of lying and rudely asked if he even wanted a pizza. All my dad wanted was a simple apology and for his food to be remade promptly. Instead, things escalated when three intoxicated customers approached him, demanding that he leave the restaurant. My dad rightfully told them it was none of their business and that he would leave after receiving the pizza he had paid for.
What happened next is beyond unacceptable: these three men physically assaulted my father, dragging him into the parking lot, beating him until he lost consciousness, and leaving him bleeding. When he came to, disoriented and terrified, he called 911 and went back inside to wait for the police. The manager’s response? Telling my dad to leave because he was bleeding. No one at the restaurant called for help, no one checked to see if he was even alive after being knocked out, and those same men were welcomed right back into the restaurant as if nothing had happened.
I am appalled and disgusted. The behavior of the staff and other patrons was inhumane. If you value honesty, integrity, or basic decency, do not visit this location. This Abby’s has shown that it supports lying, refuses to take accountability, and allows violence against its loyal customers to happen without consequence.
