This was our second time here. The food is outstanding and very authentic. We have been to South India and I can honestly say it’s as good if not better than any of the local food we had there.
The flavours and depth In spices are really excellent. The service was excellent and the owner is really friendly, it was a nice atmosphere!
We had an amazing starter that the owner brought out, it wasn’t on the menu but it was pork roast pieces in spices!
For the main we had beef coconut roast, mutton biryani, Dahl, paratha, chicken curry ( can’t remember the name but It was the top one).

Had a wonderful experience at Aarna Restaurant in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The Thalassery Dum Biriyani was absolutely amazing – full of authentic flavour and perfectly cooked. Dragon Chicken was delicious and well balanced. We also had Paal Porotta, Appam, and Fish Pollichathu, and everything was excellent.
