We loved the old owner, Lily and were sad to hear she sold. But…
The new place is fabulous! We’ve ordered take out a few times but today actually stayed in.
Restaurant is clean & inviting. Our hosts were welcoming & seated us immediately. It was nice to see that most of the tables & booths were full of diners.
Our server was very nice as well. For as busy as they were, our table was checked by 3 different people during our meal.
We ordered off their lunch specials. Sam got mixed veggies with chicken. Chicken was perfect, not tough or dry, flavor was delicious. Really nice sized portion. Just as they are when we order takeout.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll & nigiri special with miso soup. Again, good size portion and the fish was fresh. Im really picky about raw fish, had it been the slightest bit off, I would’ve sent it back…I ate it all! Spicy tuna had a flavorful kick to it, delicious!
For dessert we ordered the Mango sticky rice & tiramisu. Mangoes were fresh, not hard at all, very tasty as was the tracksuit. And we had zero leftovers, everything was that good!

You cant go wrong here!!! Ramen? Great! Panang? Delicious! Pho? Phenomenal! And the sushi is super fresh and you get good portions for your money! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice! Please go if you haven’t already. Best spot for asian food in town!!

Walked in to place a to go order for hibachi chicken $12.50 and hibachi steak $13.50. And $2 for small containers of siracha. Total spent was around $30.00
The price for the hibachi is reasonable for the portion size. Not too much or too little food.
The quality of the food was okay. The onion in the hibachi isn’t finely diced but huge chunks which I ended up picking out due to the size of them. I like onions but don’t prefer to eat them in chunks.
The rice was packaged nicely and a decent amount. I got white rice which tasted normal.
The chicken and steak could’ve definitely used more seasoning. We used shrimp sauce but unfortunately the sauce also lacked flavor. If you look at the photo the sauce is very light in color.
I love sirracha sauce with my hibachi and when I asked for some to go, the lady charged me $1 for each container. I was a bit shocked as I’ve never had to pay for small sirracha to go.
Overall, my experience was okay. I wouldn’t order these dishes again but would be willing to try other menu items. I also wouldn’t get sirracha to go again due to the additional charge.

Our family stopped here after seeing the great reviews on Google! We were so glad we did!! Our meals were Wonderful!! The Hot and Sour soup was savory and a great choice to begin with. My husband raved about his general tso’s chicken and chicken lo mein. He was impressed with the flavor profile and the tenderness of the chicken in both. I loved my dragon roll!! I’m not a fan of nori so I asked if I could leave it out. The restaurant offered to substitute with a soy paper. I recommend if you love sushi but maybe not the fishy nori taste. This roll I would recommend!! The spider roll was delicious as well! Flavor profiles are savory and fresh! I love that the sushi is made fresh and you have the ability to watch as it is being made. Service was warm and friendly by all staff! Restaurant is exceptionally clean and well lit! My family is so happy we found this gem in Morristown!! Thank you A1 Hibachi Grill for your excellent service and food!! We will be back!

OMG the PHO is so good!!! And so was the pepper steak, lo mein, egg rolls!!! The people here are very nice and the food takes you out of Morristown for sure!!! Thanks so much guys!!! Definitely will be back, no more sick days were I have to cook my self pho!!!!

Me and my Husband have always heard such good things about this place. So we decided to stop and dine in for a date last night. Everyone was friendly and very nice to us. The restaurant is super welcoming and the service was fast. Everything was delicious and it was the best Asian food I’ve had in years. You could tell everything was homemade and really fresh! The prices were really reasonable for the amount of food and service they give you. Plus everything was spotless. I was really impressed and we will definitely be back very soon 🙂

We celebrated my son’s birthday here and had a wonderful meal. They had lots of choices, all of the food was wonderful, they were very friendly, the tiramisu was wonderful, it was very clean and very friendly warm welcoming atmosphere with good parking.

I would honestly give it more than 5 stars if I could!! The owners and workers are so extremely nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy in itself. The food is made with love and so carefully and you can smell and taste it. I would literally live here. Hygiene is also great with everything clean as far as I can see. The Pho is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it, along with its great big portion. The hibachi and ramen are also amazing.

We always go to the ‘other’ Chinese restaurant in town but it was closed. So glad we went here! Fresh food. Amazing flavor. Great service! Would highly recommend. This will be our new go-to when we crave Asian food.
