Just an old laid back down home restaurant. You can tell it’s frequented by the ol’ timers and locals. Food was good, but service was a bit slow. All in all I’d dip my beak hear again.

What an absolutely wonderful experience, from our server Libby treating us as family, to food prepared as though your cousin is Michelin chef moonlighting as a “country cook”_ at home. Good food and hearty helpings … especially that jumbo pancake! We will be back

Ordered the Reuben sandwich. It said corned beef but the meat was a dark gray color to it. Way to much bread. $2.89 for a small red glass filled with ice and soda that’s really high. We wasn’t offered any refills.

Libby was exceptional! She jumped right in as if we’d been lifelong friends.
Honestly a highlight to our weekend in Cadiz!
Food was good, atmosphere was cozy but the personal touch Libby provided with her service made the experience 5 stars!

A great little place to stop, especially for breakfast!
We had breakfast on a Friday morning in July.
Food:
We ordered pancakes, biscuits & gravy, hash browns, bacon, eggs, and the western omelette. Everything was delicious. I usually like my bacon crispy, but this was so good!
Service:
Our server was friendly and attentive. We did have to wait a little long to pay, but overall everyone was very kind.
Atmosphere:
It was not crowded and the place is very inviting with cute little decor everywhere.
The bathrooms are singles (one male and one female). They were gross but felt outdated and slightly neglected. This is the only reason for a three star in atmosphere instead of a five.

We chose this local restaurant on purpose which is off the beaten path from I-24 E Cadiz, KY. It is definitely a place to go out of your way to enjoy a meal.
Firstly, Lana, our hostess/server, greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm hello.
Our starter was a half order of Fried Green Tomatoes. Undoubtedly they were the best we’ve ever eaten out. Ever. We both ordered the Fried Catfish with veggies as a side. The food there is perfectly seasoned, piping hot, and for no other adequate descriptive word that I can conjour up, I will only say delicious.
We met Judy the proprietress who is a delightful lady.
I will end by stating that the off the road visit was worthwhile and I highly recommend a visit.

This is a true down home country kitchen experience. If you are looking for authentic country cooking and the family dinner atmosphere. This is the little local restaurant for you. The staff reminded me of my Auntie and her helper Baby girl was just as precious. The breakfast was excellent. The eggs were cooked to perfect. The breakfast sausage tasted fresh and well seasoned. I would love to come back again and try the BBQ for lunch another time. I think this is the restaurant we wish we could visit when we travel in Kentucky.

Was looking for a table and waitress made rude remarks towards us when it was almost impossible to find a clean table. Waitresses are always rude and snarky towards you. Drinks are never full. You don’t get checked up on. No one wants to do their job. Not the best cooking the only thing decent is the biscuits and gravy and eggs. Won’t be eating here again would not recommend.

An enjoyable meal for all of us. Fish sandwich was delicious and large, Ruben was excellent, corn chowder very tasty and all large portions. Fried green beans are yummy as is the peach cobbler. I’ll be happy to go back again

The catfish was amazing, as was the cheese curds. The Mac and cheese could be a little better, and the service was maybe a bit slow. Minor nitpicks, but worth noting imo.
