My daughter had a bridal tea here which was fabulous. We had 16 guests and felt like royalty. Kim made everything so special. The food was delicious and the tea was beyond expectations. The feedback from the guests were equally as complimentary. I would highly recommend for special events.

This was my first “REAL” tea party ever. Kim was the best hostess. She had every accommodation imaginable. There was real food & I mean the most flavorful, filling portions.
The sourdough scones, the chicken salad sandwiches, the chocolate cupcakes, the cucumber sandwiches, the meringue cookies, the mousse, the fresh grapes, the jams, the tea and the many other food items were delish but I’ve never had Louisiana style egg salad before & it is better than any other egg salad, HANDS DOWN!!!
The china is exquisite and so beautiful. Its daintiness allowed drinking with pinky raised easy & pleasurable. I really felt like I’d slipped into a Southern Paradise. I’d make a 3 hour trip to Hendersonville, NC again to be spoiled, pampered & catered again.
Don’t waste time book your next tea party at A Southern Cup Fine Teas. YOU DESERVE IT!

We had SO much fun with our high tea experience! Kim puts so much intentionality into her teas and presentations. We were there for a part of my bachelorette, and she made the experience feel so special. The tea house is homey and cozy. I definitely want to go back!

You CANNOT judge this place by its outward appearance, the inside is bigger than it seems while managing to stay nice and cozy. The lady who runs the place is so nice, the teas are all delicious and there are unique blends. The food is delicious, everything is made fresh and it feels like having tea at your grandma’s house.

If you like tea rooms you will love this awesome little place. It closes by 4pm. We enjoyed the cream Tea (2 scones each, lemon curd, raspberry jam, butter and a pot of Southern Peach). Many teas to choose from. They also have afternoon teas which you must make a reservation. Special high tea events (in the fall). The owner Kym is a fine host. The atmosphere is classic tea room.

We had the loveliest bridal shower here at A Southern Cup! This was all of our first experiences having a proper afternoon tea and wow, it was amazing! The China black tea, finger sandwiches, and small treats were absolutely divine – some of the best egg salad and chicken salad sandwiches I have ever had! Kim was very kind and attentive to us and made sure we had a wonderful time. We will all certainly be back.
