I have enjoyed Papano’s in both Frankfort and Beulah for as long as I can remember. However, the Interlochen location is neither of those. The Interlochen location has failed to even get close to the quality of the others. Today’s order wasn’t simply almost 20 minutes late for pickup but was impossible to eat. They added so much garlic that we had to throw the entire pizza away.
We will never order from the Interlochen location again and may not from the others either for that matter.

The kids love pizza. Friendly service. 4/5 stars because I think the pizza is a little too greasy but I’m not a huge pizza fan.

Decent pizza. Havent eaten A. Papano’s in a long time. Definitely had better but its not the worse. Expensive but its interlochen. Ill eat here again though.

Pizza was great. Lots of toppings. Hot and fresh. Ordered online and it asked if I wanted to add a tip. I did. Used the default 15%. When I picked up the pizza the slip had my pizza order including the tip, and then put another tip on top of it. Since I didn’t pay attention to my online total I signed it. Checked when I got home. Yup. Tipped them twice. Wasn’t thrilled about that. But the pizza was good.

i usually order online and pick up, but this is hands down my favorite local pizza. you can’t beat the price and flavor. not to mention, they always always always meet my parmesan needs!! i love a good parmesan crust (if you can’t tell).

I personally would NOT of sent this pizza out to a guest. Clearly it’s overcooked. The crust had so much garlic seasoning on it that it was not even edible. On another note the pizza box had a funky smell to it… almost like mildew. Could be where they store the boxes? The cheese bread was just OK. Could definitely use more cheese. Honestly nothing special for $28.00. I think my kids would if enjoyed a hot & ready from Little Ceaser better. I try to support local places like this but I will not be a returning guest here.
Not to mention it was all teenage boys working when I picked up my pizza. They had other friends lingering in the lobby chatting while I was waiting for my food to be done. Not very professional.

I ordered online, I chose the family meal medium combo and clicked the button for 15% 0ff and pay with cash. I realized I didn’t have cash and thought I had changed it to 10% off and pay with card. When I arrived I asked why we were charged for the two toppings on one of the medium pizzas and he explained that it was part of the deal. I didn’t think that that made sense since the two toppings were part of the deal. the guy working then quickly got angry and pointed out that I used a 15% off coupon and then paid with a card, so he was going to have to make an adjustment since I was trying to RIP them off. Wow, I pressed the wrong button! He then said it was ok this time, I told him that I didn’t mind scratching the whole order. I wish I hadn’t included a generous tip on my card.

Honestly, best pizza around! We used be regulars at jets, but A Papano’s out does jets by a landslide, in their customer service and the quality of the food they make! the food is always outstanding and cooked properly. The guys who work here know me by name, are great at making our food and if something is wrong with an order (which almost never happens) they always make sure to fix the issue or take care of it any way they can.
