You can find a little bit of Texas right here in another great state Cheyenne Wyoming. I’ve brought the best of smoked barbecue meat right here in your town folks. I love what I do I put love and passion into every bite you take out of my home cooked food. I have it all folks from pull pork, brisket, hot links, chicken, pork chops, and beef/pork ribs. Come on down to 600 E. Lincolnway on the corner of Lincolnway and Maxwell in Cheyenne I’ll be waiting on you!!! (Please don’t leave me a bad review just because I’m not open at certain times. As a single father I have to pick up my kids from school between 3pm-4pm) Thank you!!!

This is the best BBQ you can get anywhere around Cheyenne, WY!!! Always more than excellent food, service and price!! My husband and I highly encourage people to give this place a try! The food was absolutely amazing! Best meal we had in Wyoming. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavourful. The owner made our day, he was so charming and friendly. His happy nature made our experience so much better! For those who want to dine in, there are tables and seats next to the food truck. Overall, highly recommend everyone to dine here!

We are passing through Cheyenne and needed to stop for fuel and food. We found “A Little Taste of Texas”. Let me tell you… if you want some good BBQ you’ve got to STOP! The only thing disappointing was the Brisket and pulled Pork were sold out. We got here about 3:30. Our Family of Foodies loved everything!

I got the Brisket plate with macaroni salad and baked beans. I have had good bbq elsewhere, but this place definitely takes the top! Brisket was perfectly done, tender and full of flavor! The baked beans had some kick to them and they melted in your mouth. The macaroni salad was also delicious. He puts his own twist on it that makes you want more! 10/10 I will go back again!

This plate was killer!! I got the 2 pork chops (added hot link) with coleslaw and mac salad. The meat was flavorful and fall off the bone tender. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend stopping by if you want some great bbq. Lots of love in this dish. Boss man was super helpful and had great energy. The brisket and pulled pork were sold out before I could get there so I will 100% be coming back to try that!

Great BBQ. Brisket was perfect, and even though I don’t like pork the pork chops were amazing and the ribs were the best I have ever had. Cornbread was solid, beans were OK but potato salad was pretty good too. Amazing BBQ sauce that would be liquid gold if bottled. We even ended up with leftovers because we were so stuffed. Well worth a stop.
