Had some of the most amazing food in Maine here at this little gem. As guests of the Viewpoint, we stayed onsite and decided to get the special Spicy Sausage Pizza with vodka sauce for dinner. It was perfectly crispy and delicious! For breakfast, I had the BEST Avocado Toast I have ever eaten. We also got Stuffed French Toast, eggs & bacon. Everything is so good! Plus you cannot beat the view and open air when the weather is nice.

Seasonal restaurant which you wish was opened year round. Outside seating in a unique blend of bar service off of a trailer to under the tent to high tops on a deck set near the Nubble Light House. Cocktails are amazing and presentations are perfect. Food is incredible. Small plates are perfect to dabble your taste buds to delicious foods. Highly recommend it here. Best during the shoulder seasons when waits are at a minimum if at all.

This place should easily be 5 stars! Vibes were immaculate. We went mid day so no wait and no live music. Our experience was phenomenal and we have a 1 year old! We got the burger sliders, chicken wings, and wood fired oysters. Everything was delicious and fresh! Our drinks were yummy (and strong). The concept is so cool and the property is beautiful! Staff were very accommodating as well!!

A delightful experience. The cocktails are amazing and the staff is very courteous and friendly. The food was so good and unique. A great blend of some seafood options and other Italian and American dishes. Me and my wife love this place!
This town in Maine can be slow and sleepy and that makes this restaurant a must!

Stopped in hoping the view was good as the hotel on Nubble Road. Charming, nice atmosphere but the view is limited to guests so it’s a nice fence with no real view. Great spot for guests and the food and drinks are good. perhaps a stay at the hotel next time. Staff was great.

Little auk is on the grounds of the magnificent ViewPoint Hotel. It’s lovely setting under a broad tent decorated with lanterns and the oceanside location offers gentle breezes while you explore an excellent menu that offers everything from delicious small plates to entrees options. We had the tuna tartare (amazing!) and the lamb sliders and lobster roll sliders. We paired these dishes with the margarita of the day and all in all I will remember this as a highlight of my trip to York.

My wife and I were excited to try this place out, and overall, it wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, after we were seated by the hostess, we weren’t greeted for at least 15 minutes. My wife–who has worked in the service industry–eventually had to get up to tell the hostess. Once we were greeted the service was OK. The food was good, but not as good as some other food we’ve had in the area. Not bad, just that we’ve had better. Overall, not a bad place to check out. (Picture: Seared Tuna… small portions for $27)

The experience I had at the Auk was beyond amazing. The service was fantastic, everyone so welcoming and that definitely had a huge impact on the atmosphere. Which was so relaxing yet fun at the same time. The food was so different in the best way possible, they have this concept of sharing plates and trying new a different things. Overall such an amazing experience, definitely going back again soon!

Absolutely delicious!!! We had the bacon wrapped scallops, pizza & lobster sliders! Bartender made a delicious Prosecco spritz. Cute ambiance with heaters and fire pits.

Beautiful location right on the coast, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. It was an affordable approach to an upscale dining experience. My husband and I sat by the fire pit, but next time we’d love to sit at the trailer bar!
