The place has a nice ambiance and relaxing vibe upon walking. We were greeted immediately and sat immediately. We visited for lunch on a Wednesday so not much customers in but I have passed by in the evening and the place seems quite popular. We got the Smoke Salmon Bruschetta which is like a lox bagel on a toasted soft baguette. So good! The bruschetta pieces are HUGE compared to what I am used to in other places these are sizeable. Like totally could be a meal on it’s own. For our entree’s, which like I said the bruschetta was big I regret getting an entree I was so full! I got the pot pie delicious and so comforting. The puff dough is so well puffy, fluffy and buttery. The filling was piping hot and tasty. It was a bit salty for me but the puff helps off set that. My bf got the cuban had huge thick slices of meat. The best part they make their own pickles. They are so sweet and have this crazy tang so delicious. I did not see if they had desserts, not like I would be able to eat any, but I will be back. I want to try more of there bruschetta options.

This restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Casa Grande in my opinion. We’re not in the area that often but when we are, we make a point of dining here. We look forward to it and it just never disappoints.

Last night was no exception. They accommodated some modifications on the dish my wife ordered gracefully and cheerfully (the Bourbon Chicken), which looks great as is, and she loved it. In my case, I keep trying a new dish even though when I find a dish I really like, I rarely stray from it. Chicken Pot Pie and Cuban sandwich were both great in previous visits. This time I had the Philly Cheesesteak, and it was the BOMB. Great Amoroso roll, top notch shaved ribeye (the meat better be good on a Philly even if the vegetables and cheese are), great beer cheese, and of course the perfect amount of peppers and onions. I’m not a young man, so if I may, it didn’t bother my stomach afterwards one bit, either (sorry). And I will never fall out of love with the rustic salad (cucumber, tomato and feta in a tangy dressing). Cocktail shrimp appetizer was yet another winner – plump and tasty, not shy on shrimp, either, and great cocktail sauce.

Great wine selection here, of course, but I finally had a mixed drink, and it was DELICIOUS! I think our server, Maddie, was also the bartender. It was the starburst (Absolute Raspberry Vodka, Absolute Citrus Vodka, cranberry, fresh lemon, lime juice) and WOW was it great!

And speaking of Maddie, she did an outstanding job with service. Asked about the timing of the meal, checked on us periodically, friendly, sweet, very personable and gave great guidance on the menu.

As I mentioned in previous reviews, the ambiance is great too. And the whole staff truly appreciates our business, and are warm and welcoming.

Can’t wait to return! Previous review below

What a gem! Holy Cow, we loved this place! First of all, the service delivered by Megan was excellent! She was all over it! She greeted us quickly – and warmly – and took our drink order and did everything really well. Great pacing, helped guide us through the menu (so many great choices, and this was our first visit), checked on us, and was pleasant and cheerful. Couple that with the outstanding ambiance -a nice, quiet interior with well spaced tables and an attractive bar, nice artwork, even nice lighting fixtures – and we would dine here practically without even caring that much about the food quality itself.

But fortunately, the food quality here is excellent! Well above even our own high expectations. My goodness! Now, I will admit that we didn’t love the pretzel with cheese as much as I’d expected, because it was a little on the chewy side, not so crispy, but that was the exception, not the rule. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was awesome. Delicious ham, great thinly sliced pickles, tangy mustard, and legit Cuban bread. Nice portion size, too.

My wife got the club sandwich (actually just the BLT I think) and I know that sounds unexciting, but it was also great. Every element was good, especially the bacon, but the toasted bread was great too. Fresh taste!

We both opted for the rustic salad as the accompaniment. WOW WOW WOW. It blew us away. Talk about an unexpected surprise. Finely diced cucumber, tomato, feta, who knows what else, but it stole the show. I was still thinking about it days later.

Cheesecake for dessert was delicious too! With strawberries in our case.

Obviously a great wine selection. With THIS level of food quality and service, plus the ambiance, this is a destination restaurant. What a great value. Go to Casa Grande specifically to eat here! I know we will. So much more to try just on the lunch menu, let alone the dinner entrees!

Wonderful presentation of food, and food was as delicious as it looked. Staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions for food. The potato soup is made in house and you had complex flavors without anything being over bearing…best restaurant soup I’ve had! Everything on the character board was fresh and delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

Came to see this place for the first time and what a nice surprise to see a familiar friendly face, Reyna, behind the bar! Excellent service, prompt, upbeat and the food was spectacular!
The hostess was beyond sweet full of personality and the live music was the perfect tone to the Friday evening. Even my 8yr old loved the Alfredo and pretzel! Will definitely be back! Such a great hidden gem in Casa Grande!
Our server Meghan was above professional, kind, and a great server!

I’ve lived a mile and a half (as the crow flies) from this gem for nearly 5 years and have never tried it out. Well, we did today. Same as empty, customer wise. The service was great- the food was the test! I had a BLT w/ their homemade chips, my husband had a Philly cheese steak (it looked delicious). My sandwich was wonderful! I mean, how can you go wrong with a BLT…? Bread was tasty, bacon and lettuce crispy and juicy tomato. Yum! I would like to go again and try it their coffee!

Such a gorgeous restaurant and bar. Sadly, we went not long before they plan to close so not all of the menu options were available. Totally understandable. The food and drinks we did have were very good, the owner is the sweetest, the live music was beautiful. Truly this a gem of a place and will be missed greatly. 🙁

We ended up going to A Latte Vino by accident. My wife and I were on a Saturday afternoon ride and had planned on trying a food truck we had heard about down past Case Grande. When the food truck was not there we were hungry and looking for a place for lunch. I was just riding around and came across this lovely little place. We are always up for trying a new place so we gave it a go and were plenty surprised. The food was very good, fresh and flavorful. You can tell they use high end ingredients and take pride in their kitchen. My wife ordered the half sandwich and soup and got the club and Tuscan chicken soup. The sandwich was delicious and had lots of flavor. The soup was a new one for us but it was very tasty and my wife now wants to find a recipe to make a similar soup at home. I had the Philly cheesesteak and fires. I ordered and half portion and it was plenty for me. The sandwich was very tender and just and had complex flavors that work so well together. Even though it is 45 minutes form out house we will be coming back again.
