The atmosphere was clean, orderly, and inviting, with Christmas music playing and festive décor that really added to the warmth and cozy vibe. They kept things light and cheerful the whole time. The freshly baked toast was a great touch, and the drip coffee was tasty and hit the spot.
I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Omelette with peppers and onions, and it did not disappoint—packed with bold, delicious Korean flavor and cooked just right.
Highly recommend!
We ordered gluten free meals ahead of time after driving all the way from Shelby just to visit this place only to be told to come back an an hour and a half later. And to my surprise, thr food was not gluten free. So I ask to have to replaced and the owner just gives me a dirty look the entire time.
The replacement food still got me sick; it seemed as if the owner (also the one who prepared our food) retaliated by placing a bit of gluten in the food. What a nasty way to treat your repeat customer.
Gluten free diets are not just a fad; people with celiac disease (like me) get very bad, sometimes lethal, reactions to it.
Don’t claim you can serve gluten free if you cannot follow through. If you have celiac disease and value your time, I do not recommend this place.
I should sue this place endangering my health.
I called ahead and ordered three gluten-free kimbap, clearly stating no soy sauce or gluten ingredients. When I arrived, only one was prepared and I was told to return later, disrupting our plans and long drive home.
When I opened the first order, a regular soy sauce container had been placed inside the food and spilled, contaminating it. Because gluten-free requests are often medical, this made the food unsafe to eat and shows a serious lack of understanding of food safety.
Although the staff member on the phone apologized, another staff member who appeared to be the owner repeatedly stared at me in a rude and unprofessional manner during both visits, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not understand why I was treated this way when I had simply placed a clear order and raised a legitimate food safety concern.
Customers should not have to worry about cross-contamination, incorrect orders, and being treated dismissively after clearly communicating dietary restrictions.
If a restaurant cannot safely handle a simple gluten-free order, it should not claim that it can.
I just read a review from a person who stated that he is a disabled veteran and has a service dog (?). Having a VA Approved (?) service dog, you received training as how to provide care and the process that you follow while you are out in public and what causes the dog to react to your condition. Also, you know for a fact that your Dog must be on a leash, Service Dog or not, it is Great Falls City law no matter the size. Further, what gave you the right to bring your animal inside A&K when you knew you where in violation? Also, how can this Animal provide assistance to you if it is running around the seating area and not stationed by your side to sound the alarm? FYI: Just to be clear I’m 100% disabled due to “Agent Orange”, and as a military veteran I’m very much aware of the “Rules”, it appears by your comments and action you are not.
