I went for an Italian beef. Been in Texas a while, was looking forward to chicago-style food. Expensive. Like 12 bucks + tax, I won’t go back, didn’t even come with fries or a drink. They’re proud of their food. Small portion compared to what I remember a beef to be. Was still hungry. Blame it on inflation/the economy or whatever I guess. Was good though

Customer service there sucks not only have they messed up my order one time but they’ve messed it up multiple times. The only reason I even stopped it was because my daughter was starving and she wanted a salad so I figured they can’t mess that up which they didn’t, but they definitely messed up a sub sandwich, they didn’t toast it. They put the wrong cheese on there and then when I called about it, they told me and I’d have to bring my sandwich up there and have it remade or I could get a refund. She also stated that the cheese that was on. There was the correct cheese and I told her that I wish she could take a bite of my sandwich because I know it’s American cheese and not mozzarella , the economy is horrible and small businesses like this should make sure that their customers are happy and this business make sure their customers are clearly dissatisfied and that they don’t get that they pay for needless to say I wasted $20 for nothing I will not be going back to this place except to receive a refund

Food is really good and relatively cheap, its customer service is good and its just a good chill place because they dont care if you stay there. They have music playing which is cool. Overall it’s good and you should get the cheese burger

Neighborhood goodness reminds you of the hot dog shack in the town you grew up in. Solid menu. Great fries. They heat their freaking BBQ sauce! Come on. Why is that not a thing everywhere? My favorite is the poor boy, but nothing on the menu is bad.

Ordered the “Gyro Cheeseburger” expecting a cheeseburger with characteristics of a gyro (gyro meat, onion slices, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce)
Instead I got an American style cheeseburger (ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle) and some gyro meat slapped on top.
The food was perfectly cooked. But not what I was hoping for given the name of the dish I ordered.
I will be back, but I’ll ask for some clarity before I order.

Won’t be going there again. Usually go to the new lenox location, but just moved to crest hill and ordered a gyro plate with 2 extra pita breads.. and for some reason, this location charged $18 for a gyro plate and 2 pitas (nothing else). Wasn’t told until I went in that apparently extra pita is $2 dollars per pita either. The size of the gyro plate, also, had less gyro meat in it than 1 gyro sandwich from mickeys has in it! Not worth it!!
