This place never disappoints! Food is always good (today was particularly good!), servers are always very nice. It can get very busy, so sometimes service can be a little slow, but even when its busy, I’ve never had my order be messed up. Thats why we keep coming back!

The service was fast and friendly. We got breakfast and the portions were HUGE – especially the pancakes. The coffee was great as was the food. We’ll definitely be back for more breakfast and to try some lunch items, too!

Upon being here for the first time, our waitress was very nice and patient. The food was pretty good, and the pancakes were phenomenal! The only critiques I have are that the corned beef hash was very watery/tasteless. Sadly I had asked for the eggs in my burrito to be cooked over medium, but I was told that they would not do this for me, as they are supposed to come scrambled. It ended up tasting okay, however it was slightly disappointing as to my request not being accepted. I would go again though, as the overall quality wasn’t bad.

One of the best diner places I’ve been to. Order the lumberjack special with chocolate chip pancakes! Great price for the amount of food you get. Plus, the customer service is outstanding. I’ll definitely be back if I’m back in the area.

They sat us down by the restrooms and never came back. We waited about 20-25 minutes and were never handed menus or place settings so we walked out. They seem to be short staffed.

Family owned and operated breakfast and lunch. Weekly customer, no wait, fast friendly available service, great coffee, and the food always quick, hot, lumberjack portions, as ordered: delicious. Affordable. Best homemade muffins. Family or to meet a friend, the place to go.
A&Js gets better in quality every week we stop in for breakfast. If your favorite is their breakfast sandwich, they always make it to specifications week after week. Their homemade muffins are IMO, the best, and hot off the grill with whipped butter is a treat. The service provided by their three woman team is without exception, the best. My review is of course biased. We eat there once weekly from late spring to late fall and over time, a favorite place becomes “the Best”. I enjoy trying other restaurants, but for the most important meal, without thought, I choose A&Js. I wish I could provide a proper professional review with more specifics, but I see the hard work, and the food, I’ve not enjoyed it more.
