First, let me start off with our waitress was fantastic! While waiting to be seated, they had advertised a 14 oz Grilled Ribeye for $12.99. I was excited. My hubby was considering the Scallops until he found out there were only 7 fifty-cent sized pieces for $9.99 and changed his mind and went with the Pot Roast. When I ordered the special, they were out…which meant I settled for the 10 oz New York Strip for $14.99. When our salads came, they were nothing but all lettuce and shredded carrots with one cucumber slice, one cherry tomato, and one slice of a beet…but the French and creamy Italian dressings were very delicious. Once our main courses arrived, that’s when it went down hill….the Pot Roast was mostly fat under the top layer, and the steak was tough that needed a ton of additional salt with each of the 4 bites that I was barely able to chew. That was when we decided that we couldn’t even enjoy our dinner date. My hubby spoke with our waitress about our dissatisfaction and she offered us chopped steak instead…nope, not cutting it. She then offered to remove our entrees from our bill, but we asked how much it would have been so that we could top her accordingly because she was seriously fantastic! We tipped her 20% of the original bill. Then to top it off, when we went to pay for the appetizer and drinks we ate, the manager decided to take it personally and be rude to us as we were leaving. Needless to say, we have given this restaurant three fair tries, each time has been just as bad and we’ll not be going back.

My husband and I moved to the area in November and just came in for the first time today. We were so impressed! All staff was kind and helpful, it was clean, the menu had great prices and we were excited about the specials of the day, they all sounded delicious! We both got all you can eat fish, they give you 4 large pieces, fries, and coleslaw. Everything was so fresh. Our server was a very sweet young lady. We will definitely be back!

Really nice little sit down place, staff is very courteous and friendly. Nice atmosphere, and lighting. The food is good, sometimes a little bland. I think if they seasoned some of their dishes it would be fantastic. Their fried chicken dinner is very good, cooked to crunchy perfection but could use a little seasoning. I would definitely recommend.

I just hosted my year end awards here and we had a wonderful experience. We used the party room and that gave us privacy. The food was amazing from our appetizer to our desserts. We enjoyed the Mediterranean appetizer plate to start and then all ordered something different! The Reuben was made with fresh carved corned beef, the fish sandwich was flaky and very mild. All my MARY KAY gals were impressed with the service and quality of food. I was impressed with the cost! I could treat ten people and not break the bank. P.s. the desserts were a fabulous. ❤️❗️

Went on a Tuesday and ordered the city chicken Tuesday special. I heard it was good so I gave it a shot. It seriously was THE BEST city chicken I had ever had! I’ve only eaten there 3 times. The other 2 times I give their food 4 stars. It’s a good quality local restaurant. Nothing too great but better than most places in the area. But the city chicken will keep me going back on Tuesdays for years to come!!!

I used to work at this place, and still feel their food is quite good. The staff is always nice, and the owners are into making sure everyone is happy. I do miss their old fries, though. The new ones are pretty uncomfortable and to chew, and not so satisfying, but aside from that, I enjoy the food.
