Anne and Jasper were the most gracious, welcoming, and fun pair of bartenders I’ve had the honor of sitting with. We were staying at the graduate and stopped in for a nightcap and it was a great decision! We inquired about the Amari flight on the menu. The sampling offered three variations of the Italian liqueur but it was the knowledge Armando, the bar manager, shared that was truly amazing. He stopped by the table multiple times to ask us our thoughts and share tips on how to best enjoy the flight. After the tasting he made two amazing cocktails tailored to what we liked from amaro. Highly recommend – especially if you are lucky enough to have Armando as your bartender!

Came down from hotel right before closing. Only got the tomato / onion / burrata salad (a bit heavy on the balsamic, but good). The complimentary bread was a nice touch. Service was good considering I came in at the end of the night.
