They did not put vanilla syrup in my coffee even after I asked about if it was in my cup and it literally tastes like trash today. Also asked for light ice and she filled this sucker up with almost half ice. I won’t tip at this location until they start making my orders correctly.

Super sad and really unacceptable this is what you get when you pay and order a large. I love me some SB but this is not ok for the price you pay. This was the second ti.e this has happened I thought the first ti.e was just an off day but this is even less then the first time it happened.
Very disappointed we will not continue going here and will go to the other coffee shops in town.

Look here’s the thing when you go through the drive-thru and pay by a credit card they shove their little credit card reader at you to guilt you into giving them a tip. For what? Why would I tip you when I’m going through the drive-thru? I’m not tipping the drive-thru people even if I was I would be tipping the person making my drink. Anyway enough about that because it doesn’t matter. What matters is making customers feel like they are obligated to give you a tip. They are super fake nice to you to your face when you go through the drive-thru but when you don’t give them a tip they instantly turn on you. Their demeanor completely changes and now they aren’t so nice. They also make you touch their nasty dirty credit card machine with a bunch of fingerprints all over it. No thanks. The drink that I ordered was halfway if that full and very subpar. It was also very lukewarm. Save your money and go to Dutch Brothers.

I’ve only gone in a few times- it was very clean and friendly. I do order daily though twice a day most of the time but at least once for the past 7 months! One thing I will say is they want their customers happy and satisfied. They figured out way to make order just right and it is I have to say perfect. I’m very grateful for the time they take on preparing my order – if it takes a little extra it’s all well worth it! Thank you very much!

Great great customer service. I RARELY go out because of an autoimmune situation and I talked my baristas ear off and she didnt miss a beat. She kept pounding out drinks AND paying TOTAL attention to what I was saying. Lolol Thats talent Also im sorry if I caused any late drinks! I believe she had brown fun hair! ♀️ I wish I could remember her name!

Was working out of town today and noticed this amazing location opened nice and early. Went inside and received fast service. Ordered the Venti quad, iced sugar-free vanilla syrup, and almond milk. Absolutely delicious

The quality of Starbucks has really gone downhill. I typically enjoy the drinks, food is substandard. I don’t often have a problem with the drinks but this last visit, I could tell by the weight of the cup that it was not filled to the very top and the taste was really off, I don’t know what they did to it but it wasn’t even drinkable. If I’m going to pay over $5 for a small drink I expect it to at least be full.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to thus far. Lobby was closed so the lady in the drive thru felt the need to rush me ordering in a very rude voice. I forgot to ask for light ice due to being flustered by her rudeness so I asked at the window. I ordered a Dragonfruit drink it has 5 prices of fruit in it and taste like coffee. I am very upset about the service and will not be returning to this location.
