9/15 7:14pm. Food was much better and place was much cleaner. Meat was cooked right and not burned this time. A few things looked old and left out, and they keep dumping the old bean water into the new beans. It removes seasoning and is like bean in water soup. I hope they fix these things and get to 5 stars. Chipotle can be great!

I went late at night during a dinner rush, I wore to curbside, it looked like the manager in the one night was handling curbside. She had that team flowing and managed it. Amazingly. Was she a little late on my order probably but she was so great. So helpful for customer service was top nine. I missed her name but I definitely could tell she was one of the managers. Really good customer service here.

So there recently opened a new Chipotle like 10min up the road from where I live and the customer service was okay and portion sizes were pathetic for what you pay for But This one is one the best Chipotle’s ever!! Service was excellent!! Food was Great!! Was a little busy, but they were still quick on Service,, Portion size was perfect!! They definitely give you what you pay for no doubt about it,, very Satisfied customer!! Thanks guys for doing such a great Job, keep up the great work ill definitely be back at this Chipotle when I have a taste for a good burrito or bowl!! Id rather travel the extra couple minutes to this one than the one on 13677 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774

I understand that they can’t give big portions but this is honestly ridiculous. I’ve also had many problems with rude customer service. Why am I paying full price for a bowl not fully filled. It is a clean restaurant though.

Customer service was amazing the food portions were ginormous The food in orders were filled very quickly. The team that was on that evening worked very well under stress to put out the orders. Very friendly staff…The only complaint is majority of the tables were dirty also the floors needs some sweeping, just a little tidying would have made the physical dining environment a more pleasurable place to dine in, the glass on the doors coming into the restaurant we’re extremely dirty and need to be cleaned…That’s the first impression of your restaurant when people are coming into dine there, thanks for the great dinner will be back

Food and service today was 10/10. This staff needs to train the Chipotle at 1418 66th St. N St. Petersburg on food quality, where I just had the worst Chipotle bowl I’d ever had. This location is exactly how good Chipotle should be.

Not enough workers at the front, only 1 person making meals for a line almost out the door. Took forever to place my order. Also there was no unsweet Iced Tea which is all I drink. Portions weren’t great but not terrible, better at other locations for sure

So i was nvr coming to this location ever again but thank you to brook and Cheyanne for overhearing my how dissatisfied i was and went above and beyond to make sure i left happy. And it meant a lot. I had expressed my concerns to the boy making my order and he shrugged me off and just fake apologized when that was his que to take initiative and take action. But he doesn’t get paid enough to care- i get it. but the girls at the register/making the Togo orders (brook and Cheyanne) took it amongst themself to work together and make me feel heard and also had a simple solution. They absolutely did not have to care but thats what sets them apart from the other staff. It’s very evident they are good team players so thank you very much. I live very close by so im glad they genuinely cared and thats all i wanted to begin with. This is my first review I’ve ever left so im also not a complainer by any means. The girls rly took care of me so i decided to leave a review and id hope the manager sees this and appreciates them. Xoxo

If I could give zero stars I would have. Against my better judgment after seeing the faculty in extremely dirty and unsafe to eat I continued to order my food. The containers were mostly empty and the food that was in them were extremely old and cold. The rice was soo hard that it almost chipped my teeth. The steak was extremely tough and fatty. The employees were playing practical jokes on eachother and broke almost every food safety rule right in front of my eyes. Then continued Tripping eachother and calling other employees names. We’ll today I’m paying the price ” Extreme stomach cramps and well you could guess it.. Probably should have made a better decision.. I would definitely recommend a different location ..
Once Again we tried to visit this restaurant tonight at 8pm and they were extremely occupied with their vape pens and mobile devices. The cook was working hard with a grill full of hot food and preparing fresh rice and the 2 other younger employees were goofing off and the resteraunt was trashed. Over flowing trash in every container and the food station was destroyed with cross contamination everywhere. I truly wonder if the owners care or if this is an acceptable practice for this particular store. I asked the young lady for the name of the store Manager and she giggled and smiled but would not answer.

I personally had a good meal, only lacked 5 stars because the location seemed somewhat “unprepared”? The staff member who was making my food was very friendly and no complaints there. But in making my bowl, there was little white rice left so I just settled for half white rice & half brown. Then I chose to get chicken which left them with an empty tray of chicken. So I’d hate to have been the next customer and have a lack of ingredients. Luckily it mostly worked out for me & I enjoyed sitting outside. Last comment is there’s no outdoor garbage can so I had to walk back inside with garbage. Strange.
