This location takes your order in the drive through then asks you to go park even though there are no other cars in the line. What’s that about? Maybe they prefer to walk all the way to your car instead of handing you the food at the window. This happens every single time at this one. Confusing since they are never busy when I come here between 11:30 and 12:00. There are currently 3 of us parked waiting for food and no one in the drive through line.

We ordered online for the second time and the food was not available when we got there. No message before driving that way. Nothing. They claim you can’t replace nuggets with a cheeseburger leaving you to cancel an order/ it was 7:30 at night. Claiming one does not have NUGGETS is bizarre. It seems lazy to me and not prepared. 7:30- dinner time. Seems management needs to be changed.

Usually if I have a bad experience at a restaurant such as the food. I would give them another try thinking they had a bad day. At this point I’m done with the Wendy’s at this location. It’s not like they’re busy from the time they open until the time they close. Some of the workers don’t take pride in their work. The quality and quantity of food being served is pathetic.

I visited this Wendy’s on February 11 after work and I must say the restaurant was super clean not even a French fry on the floor so big ups to the store Manager Vernicia Blyden and her crew for a spotless experience I will be back.

Oh Dave we have a problem… I wish I could give this place a minus star! Whomever owns this shut it down! Went there 12/4/25 for lunch thru the drive thru and I fully regret it. I haven’t stopped running to the bathroom! Get some staff in there, clean it up and hire people who want to serve great old fashioned food and service. Just terrible all around.

I’m not sure of what happened to the previous crew(gentleman at drive thru with glasses & another gentleman that was the cook) but bring them back. I visited this location on Friday -ordered a sausage egg Swiss croissant -& you would’ve thought they took a pea size drop off swiss & put it on the croissant because it was BARELY there. Wasted. Went again this morning-got the same thing, & I had to drive up to wait for it-which isn’t a problem. I open the wrapper to ensure the Swiss was on the croissant–i could see it on the side of the croissant. It gave the appearance that there was a nice amount on there. Drove home, opened it bit into & quickly discovered that apparently, that’s the ONLY PLACE THAT THE SWISS EXISTED!!!
I’m closer to this location but from now on, I’ll just drive to the one of Fire tower because this is ridiculous. Everyone at this location was nice…. But the other men that worked here-were nice AND did their job VERY well. To the manager that either let them go by way of either firing them OR not treating them right (because to be sure it can’t be for lack of doing their job) –you need to get them back & probably do a little more.

Purchased an order and the drive thru today for my daycare children for lunch today instead if going to our usual Burger King. Very disappointing. The employees were not friendly and all the the food wad not hot at all for it to be 11:15 am in the morning… I will not go to that Wendys again…I have heard poor customer service complaints but I had to find out for my self…

Food is plain as in fries aren’t that great service is bad but place is clean I would not recommend it if your in a hurry doordash is better If I had the choice I would not eat here again but I give them credit for trying the time is 6:10 pm

Today was the absolute worse experience ever! I waited for nearly 15 minutes for my food. I decided to go inside the store and ask for a refund the manager on duty asked for what and I proceeded to tell her that I have been waiting for food for nearly 15 minutes. She was very rude. The front end cashier tried to go and help the back end make food being that the manger on duty was more concerned about her drive thru time than getting out food. She gave me my food which the order WAS WRONG! I would have very much liked my refund instead of getting a burger I couldn’t eat because of the toppings I DID NOT ask for being on it. They didn’t even give me my drink!

Been here twice this week. I stood to the counter for min before being recognized both times. There was 5 min until lunch which is what I wanted. Do you think the employee offered to take my order anyway for the 4 min wait??? I SPENT MY $ IN THE SPEEDWAY NEXT DOOR. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WENDYS!!
