We was looking forward to two full sized frappes’ and got way below the rim sized ones,

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru. Finally get to where I can order and they tell me they’ve stopped serving breakfast. I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s and I’ve never seen one this slow. Breakfast WAS being served when I got in the line. I can’t rate the food as I just left the line after that.

Placed an online order for drive thru pickup. Had to pull forward to wait for it. Took around 10 minutes only to be handed the wrong order with the correct receipt. Went in to get the correct order and they took our order from the vehicle they had handed it to and gave that order to us. Didn’t remake it. No clue what was touched, how the food was handled while in the car. Sent the bag of food back inside and asked to be made fresh only to have them place it into a new bag and hand it back to us again. So I called inside and asked the manager what the food safety requirements would be for the situation only to be told that the previously 10 minute wait on our food ( 3 chicken sandwiches) was made fresh (in less than 3 minute) just gross all around.

The store manager- Patty- Is extremely rude to her customers. I have personally witnessed this on more than one occasion.
She also allows her management team to verbally abuse and berate the staff- as they get screamed at and blamed for long wait times during rush hour.
The atmosphere here at this location is one to be ashamed of, both for the employees and customer service. Employees actually have so much anxiety due to the toxic atmosphere created by the management team that these associates actually cry before starting their shifts.
I’m also extremely disappointed in the district manager as I tried to file a complaint but they never returned my call.

We all like McDonald’s sometimes! Right? And they are cheap! I’m picky about what I order. But I’m a picky eater!
If you’re going in very hungry and want a burger that satisfies and fills you up, get the double quarter pounder with cheese! You can even tell them to dress it like a big Mac! They will! I also like their fish fillet sandwich. But they add too much tarter sauce to it, so just tell them light on the tarter sauce, and they are good about getting it right!

EDIT:10/16/25 HAD to immediately get on here and say BEST FRIES IN LONG TIME! Actually well done. THX. EDIT:11/1/24 I appreciate the extra sauce on big mac(didn’t know it’s 45cents) BUT it was actually a double big mac. I’d rather had the extra beef I paid for!
It’s just unbelievable! U tell em fries “well done” THREE times at speaker, and it’s on the BIG screen. Get to the pickup window and “remind” em(like they knew) “well done” to get back “we know”. AND STILL NOT CRISPY!! SO…while goin in to fix that sandwich gets COLD! The biggest kicker for me is 1 of em is a manager!
Honestly tho, it happens absolutely EVERYWHERE. EDIT: 12/14/20 ABSOLUTELY nasty fries after the “well done” fiasco. Threw away half a basket, NOT edible. Grease soaked but way to close to raw(only guess is they let em soak awhile in cold grease) Yet another restaurant, not 1st mcd, that gave away my business. No receipt either,probably a reason for that. Never again

I have no idea what is going on in this store but I sat in the drive thru for FOREVER. There is never any reason to have to wait 5-10 minutes on your food. Maybe they should hire more staff before continuing to operate.
