We stopped at Hardee’s in Rocky Mountain North Carolina on the way to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. We ordered a Quarter Pound Cheese Burger, with Fries and a Peach Lemonade Drink Super Star Combo Meal with Two Chicken Tenders Wraps. Our meal was cooked to perfection and freshly prepared with flavor. Staff were very attentive, very informative and knowledgeable about the ingredients that were included on the sandwich and they were friendly. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking.

This is my first time ever in NC as well as my first time ever having Hardee’s and oh my god was it delicious! The fries are the best out of any fast food place I have ever had and the chicken was so amazing! The staff was friendly and we got our food very quick!

My family and I have had Hardy’s before but never had any food issues as we did today. I’m saddened to write a not so good review but our food we received was cold. A family of 4 with an order mix of tenders, fries and different burgers and not one item was fresh or hot nor cheese slightly melted, just slapped on cold. The 2 orders of 3 cold tenders we received were just bigger than the size of a chicken nugget. And putting cold condiments on the different burgers because they were all dry with nothing added, did not help the situation either. Unfortunately we were already back on I95 and unable to turn around. Do better guys, we like this chain.

Very dirty looking restaurant. Should have looked elsewhere but my wife and I were hungry after a 12 hour ride. After standing inline for 5 minutes, we gave up because of the incompetent management and employees, not knowing how to even count till or ring up a simple order. We went to Chick-fil-A 6 miles down the road Before I left, I told the manager that we were handicapped and got tired of standing around and I thank them for the quick service and I didn’t even get a simple sorry. I hope upper management sees this review The restaurant looked very dirty and like I said I should’ve just not even bother going inside the restaurant up to that point 8/2/25.

This is the sorryest Hardees that iv ever been to!!! All employees are rude and don’t care how they make your food! Food always taste like it’s been cooked the day before and it’s NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!
