The quality here has TANKED. I swear the cooks are back there pre punching the sandwiches. And they’re always on burnt bread. The employees don’t even understand what I’m saying when I have to return my drink to be fixed due to it being out of soda syrup and only tasting like soda water. I’ve never even worked at a McDonald’s before and even I know better. They have some hard working employees here but it’s only a handful of amazing ones. The rest are either slacking or struggling with the fast pace of the job. Considering this is a franchise location you’d think the owner would care but they still make sales so the owner doesn’t care. All in all this place has helped me stop eating McDonald’s all together so for that I thank you. (Asked for Mac sauce on chicken sandwich and not only did they barely add a dribble they smashed the sandwich and even burnt the burger bun smh

Whenever i order delivery AND sometimes with pickup, they consistently forget parts of an order. Its usually always with delivery. The food itself is decent, one of the only places in town. Buns on burgers are usually burnt though. Always forget either straws or napkins AND one of my smoothies had cream smeared all down the side. If you want to order anything just go inside the building so you can complain to their faces when they inevitably forget a part of your order.

Got a 10 piece meal and when asked for sauce i said honey mustard, then asked “what else” i asked of an additional sweet and sour sauce, which i had to pay extra for. After getting my stuff it only had the “one” sweet and sour i had paid for! Every time i visit this place they always seem to forget something or give me the wrong meal!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a latte and waited 15 minutes, standing right in front of the counter the entire time. The staff simply forgot about my order, and no one even apologized. Not a single offer to make up for the delay — not even a simple ice cream. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

I have ordered here five times in a row, they are constantly messing up my order and even charging me incorrectly. I ordered a double quarter pounder every single time, I have been given a single quarter pounder and charged for a double. The next day I was given a double cheeseburger instead. One day I was given it with no meat inside. They are constantly messing up my order. This place is NOT reliable for giving you the correct order.

Let’s just say The lady taking my order was nice And spoke really good English , thank u , The problem is whoever made the food had egg shells in my egg, and I said to put my egg on the side for the second order because my daughter is allergic to eggs and they didn’t do that and they never gave me or put splendor in my coffee I stopped eating at this place years ago at Taneytown Md McDonald’s the one in Lisbon is so much better. I wait 45 minutes to eat there every morning I thought give my local McDonald’s a shot and they failed even the manager could not understand what I was saying and I’m not racist or not, but they have no understanding on communication when they said they are the manager. They took my code and use it for a free coffee when there was supposed to use it for my breakfast sandwich, but he did mention he would replace all that if I come back The next day no thank you

I got a coke. That was it. I drank it on the way back home. 20 mins after getting home I have the most insane stomach pain and diarrhea. I’ve heard this place was dirty but I figured a coke would be safe… I understand correlation does not equal causation but there was nothing else in my day that could have caused this.

Really wish there were more options on taneytown. Just sloppy here. Really hit or miss.. depends on the manager. Ask for buffalo and get bbq, greetings are always abrupt, and often you are told to pull up and wait 20 mins. My mama worked for McDonald’s for years and I’ve been to many other locations. I know the job is super frustrating and hard.. but getting the bun on the burger isn’t lol! Sloppy! Can you just please fill the dang fries.. this charge more give less is BS!

If you are not in the drive through, you will wait 20 plus minutes. They prioritize drive through and do not pay attention to in store. Management change is needed!
