The large TV screens were appreciated. However, our food was burnt. My husbands was too. But he was hangry so he ate it. Mine was rubbery and my husband confirmed it was burnt and rubbery. I couldn’t eat any more The tater tots were very good, but the service was adequate.Th waitress asked if I wanted a box. I told her no, Thank you. It is burnt. She said okay and left to get us changed. So no, sorry, no. Can we replace it? Oh no sorry, I’ll take it off your bill. I would have gladly just paid for the tater tots. Maybe if we had a few drinks we wouldn’t have noticed or cared, LOL, but definitely not returning.

Red Door Lounge did an amazing job with our wedding bar service. I don’t think there was a time all night that the bar wasn’t crowded with people, and yet the service stayed fast, efficient, and friendly. It was a huge success and such a fun part of the night for our guests. They kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going!

I’ve always loved red door but unfortunately I continue to have bad experiences whenever I’m playing in the poker room. I believe her name is Olivia. She never stops talking…so much to the point she nearly spits in my drink anytime she’s talking. Very messy. She also called me a bigot after she saw my don’t tread on me flag on my car. Not sure why you hire employees that are this unprofessional? I’ve never met anyone that’s had a problem with my flag here but every time I come here she’s whispering to her coworkers and calling me names behind my back I also just have a strange feeling that she tries to get me very drunk before I leave. She’s always offering a new shot every 5 minutes and talking my ear off about her political and personal problems. I will not be returning to this bar anymore due to the fact this employee makes me very uncomfortable.

I think the server who works on Wednesday nights, I feel like she treated the bartender like shit and yelled at him in front of us and three other patrons. He simply asked if she wanted to go home early because it was slow, and she started yelling at him.
