Never use the McDonald’s app to order from this store. Tonight was strike three for me. Tonight was the third time I order through the app show up at the drive thru and have to wait. After receiving my food I asked what the wait was he said, “well strips take 7 minutes to cook”. I said but I placed my order 15min ago as I left work and the app says order ahead and we’ll have it ready when you arrive. He said “the app doesn’t speak for us at the restaurant” like what?!?!? It does as jaw dropping and embarrassing even though I don’t work there!

I ordered 1 sausage biscuit. Payed and pulled to the next window I waited there for a few minutes then I pulled up to the third window No one was there either. I waited for a few minutes. Two cars behind me got their food and left. I drove back around to the pay window. They told me to wait at the next window. A lady showed up and told me to wait at parking 3. It took a total of 11 minutes to get 1 item.

Fast food service, I get it but what’s the need for all the attitude and being rude? I’ve been here a few times and all I ever gotten was rudeness. It’s closer to me than other Mcdonald’s but even then I’ll never come to this one with how bad the customer service is.

I would not recommend this McD. It’s the “New” style of McDs where there is no playground for the kids, their is no fountain drinks out side for self serve, and the inside is structured to get you in and out.
Service was also slow, workers are mainly on the back and they do give you a refill if you ask, but you have to wait until they come to the casher to ask them or get their attention from the back. Best to drive an extra 2-3 miles to find a more family friendly McDs with better service.

There’s one thing I don’t like is being lied to. Today I ordered a large chocolate milkshake and when I get there, they said the chocolate dispenser was not working then when they came back and say if I wanted something else, I said no I would like a milkshake then they came back and told me that the milkshake machine is not working Waiting for 10 minutes then they had enough of me and told me it was finally working. If you’re too lazy to clean the milkshake machine every time you’re using it I don’t think You should be working McDonald’s. Oh, and they tried offering me a McFlurry when I ordered a large milkshake, which is more expensive dynamite McFlurry
