Horrible. I mean it’s cool if you want a show, if you stand inside and wait the 20 minutes for your mobile order, you can listen to the ladies who work the window talk about the customers coming through the window. Inside has a weird smell. The two younger cooks move like they’re stuck in molasses. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Bartlett instead of come here ever again. Also they don’t do the online build your own box.

I paid for an extra side of meet, it was not in the bag ,so I asked for it. They were upset about that. I asked for sour cream and paid for it. Got none.

This location is always setting their own times to open and close. And even when I do get my order, which is almost never, it’s never right or it’s cold or they’re always out of something . On today December 20, 2025. I arrived at the drive thru at 2:20am , which closing time is 3am, they stated they were closed and that corporate had just changed their closing time TODAY. Which I know is a lie. The workers and just lazy and costing yall a lot of money. If you are open until 3, YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 3! Deal with the hours or find a new job.

Just stopping a couple days ago by for fountain drinks for family. Young lady at window was nice and polite!! People make it or break it!! She made it and make sure restaurant owners are taking care of them as they deserve it!!

A few years ago, I started asking for extra meat and cheese on top of my Mexican pizza. Game changer. It was worth it to pay the extra couple of dollars to taste something other than those refried beans. But I had a craving for a pizza and went there recently only for the manager (I guess) to yell to the young man working the window that meat only goes inside. So I left. Don’t understand why people work so hard to not give customers what they’re asking for. Took my $20 to the grocery store and made my own.

I love Taco Bell’s food, but their service is the worst in any location. The staff is inexperienced and unwilling to serve the public. They’re always saying the system is down, and they waste a lot of salsa—they give you tons with every order that go straight in the trash.

Worst Taco Bell in the Memphis area! Today was the final straw. I ordered in the app for myself and 3 other coworkers around 10-15 minutes before arriving at this location. It was Pouring down rain and there is no type of awning where you place your order in the drive through. I was asked to hold on a minute and I had my window slightly cracked so I could hear when she was ready and rain was still was coming in heavy.( I know the rain is not Taco Bell’s fault) No one was in front of me or behind me so aT least 5 minutes later, I pulled forward after saying “hello, can you hear me” a couple times. The worker opened the window and rudely said that she “told me to wait.” I explained that I ordered in the app and asked if I could just give my name at the window(that has a awning) because it’s pouring down rain and the inside of my car and my clothes were getting soaked. She raised her voice and told me I was going to have to drive around and get back in line. So I backed my car up since after 10 minutes or so, I was still the only person in line. I continued to wait a couple minutes until she finally asked what my order was. I told her I was picking up an order placed in the app. Pulled forward and when she gave me the bag she pulled it back at the same time so the bag ripped and food fell out. Employee laughed. A different employee came to the window, looked at the ground and gave me cheese sauce. However, a whole order of nacho fries, sauces, napkins and I’m assuming my other 2missing items from my order were all out. I asked for more napkins and with the attitude the employee gave me, I ended up leaving without the rest of the food. If it had just been my food, I would have asked for a refund but since I had wasted most of our lunch break in the line, I didn’t. I’ve given this Taco Bell many many chances because it’s close to where I work and every. single. time. has been a nightmare! Times are tough but management needs to figure something out asap.

no stars isn’t an option. constantly have issues at this taco bell. we placed a pickup order and they recieved it and then when we get there suddenly their system is down. dude behind the screen has no idea how to proceed, i guess no manager on duty??? they didn’t refund it or cancel the order. then proceeded to complain that us being in the drive thru would run up their time , why does it matter if they aren’t open?? the systems are down but it’s still keeping time? make it make sense. totally unhelpful , rude, and don’t know how to do their job. and i’ve worked in fast food , customer service, ALL OF IT . night shift taco bell SUCKS
