It is 4:45pm on Oct. 28,2020 at the Millertown Krystal in Knoxville Tn. I just wanted to give a shout to the drive thru Attendant for being so kind. And my good was served very quickly. Most drive thru services elsewhere are a bit rude but she was exemplary. Thanks!

This rating is for the food. The customer service that I received at the window was excellent! The photo is what was supposed to be a Krystal burger. Was it ran under a faucet first. I’m definitely not eating this. I understand that fast food doesn’t pay well, but can we do a little better here.

We are from out of town, so we always go to places that we can not get at home. We ate the Krystal burger box. The picture had yellow in it, so we thought it was cheese. To our surprise, it was mustard, lol. We enjoyed the burgers, but next time, we will ask for cheese:)

First time but not last time. Reminded me of a white castle burger but less soggy. I had the pulled pork. Yum. But I wish it wasn’t so expensive! Your burgers are tiny but you charge full price? I’ll go to Burger King until you drop your prices.

Walked in ordered got home ate the food and by morning all three of us had some stomach issues and didn’t eat but 16 of 24 cheese Krystal’s and hubbys 6’6” and usually nothing bothers his stomach….

Asked for extra Mayo on chiks. Got only a small amount as ALWAYS. Asked for a side of pickles , didn’t get the side of pickles but got charged. Got charged for junkyard fries and they DIDNT EVEN PUT JALAPEÑO ON THEM . I had to put my own on them!!!!!! Get your act together Jesus. I’ve worked fast food , it’s not that damn hard
