We stopped on our way home for lunch, it is by far, the WORST subway we’ve had. The employee was super rude. Literally didn’t hand the receipt to me just threw it on the counter. The food was absolutely disgusting, I had to throw half of my sandwich away. We will never be back.

One thing I like about Subway is that they are consistent. I always know what I’m going to get when I walk in. This store was no exception. The staff was prompt and friendly. The sandwich was exactly what I expected it to be. The store was clean. The soda fountain was clean and in proper order. The shelves were stocked. Exactly what a customer is looking for at lunch time 🙂

Service with a smile. This is my fifth or sixth time at this location given I just moved up from Canton, and it’s right around the corner. Customer service is horrible. Employees roll their eyes at you. They slap your food on the bread with such disgust. And it’s more than just one employee. I figured the first time maybe the employee was just having a bad day. After reading reviews, I’m now seeing it’s apparently a big problem as others have had the same complaint. Just trying to understand what it is that makes these employees so upset. Is it poor management? I will report this to management.
