I arrived to pick up my pizza approximately 1015 tonight and I didn’t even get my key out of the ignition and lights off good and a lady from Pizza Hut was bringing my pizza out to me and I did not request that. I thought Customer Service was gone in the world , but it’s not at this location on Broadway amazing Lady working today which is December 2, 2025 at 10:10 PM. I don’t know your name but you’re amazing. Nice to have the wonderful service. Thank you very much. I will be back many more times .

I haven’t had Pizza hut in years. Kind of glad I haven’t to be honest. We ordered a triple treat box & an additional extra large pizza. Very disappointed with the overall taste of the pizza. The pizza was over cooked so bad that the pepperoni were shriveled up & cuffed. The pepperoni went from a quarter to a nickel. They had a bad after taste. I know it was bad when a 5 year old pizza lover doesn’t want to eat it.

I haven’t even received my order yet but I just want to say, Montreal was the most wonderful customer service representative that I have experienced in years!! No exaggeration…! He was patient, considerate and precise with the details of my order…. Unlike many other restaurants, he did not rush me off the phone. He repeated my order to make sure it was correct, he answered all my questions perfectly with patience and over all… he was the nicest guy. “Please, thank you, anything else I can do for you.” All that!! Thanks Montreal, you’re going places.

Ordered pizza here after the football game. The boy who took my order was nice, but the pizza was horrible. Horrible quality. The dough was under cooked on both pizzas, thincrust and hand toss. Yes I ordered a super supreme but the entire bottom was white. The thin crust was a 3 topping and it too was white on the bottom. This is completely unacceptable and when I called I really don’t think the manager cared about it. They did make it right an give me a credit, but I really just wanted my food made correctly.

We ordered pizza from y’all yesterday, we waited about an hour, once we received pizza we opened our boxes and our pizza. Half of them were burnt! Never again will I order from this Pizza Hut! I have pictures and will be posting them! Those were 30$ wasted! Thanks!

I ordered a large pizza with normal sauce normal cheese and veggies. It arrived timely, however it was extremely spicy. I inspected the pizza no jalapeños. They mixed up sauce. When I called and spoke to the first employee he was just rude and put me on hold BRAVO. Called back again and spoke to a female who was actually intelligent and was explaining the policy. A manager was requested but couldn’t come to phone. I’m disappointed that the customer service at this location is so poor. PS I HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK At PIZZA HUT AND DO MY JOB PROPERLY!!! To say you can’t refund a credit card is absolutely insane!! 30 dollars for burnt breadsticks and spicy pizza. Managers should at least be available to talk to customers…that’s your job!!!
