We ordered 2 family buckets (6 piece tender, 12 piece nuggets, biscuits, fries, and Mac n cheese) online at about 4:30 for a 5:45 pickup. I arrived at 5:40 and had to wait til 6:02 to get my food. No one was at the counter until 5:52 although I saw 5 people in the kitchen. The nuggets got forgotten.
I will say the food was fresh. Can’t say I would return, after not getting KFC in probably 3 years the food was good, order incomplete, service pitiful.

We went through the drive through and ordered two meals.. this review is mainly focused on how I was treated when I called to inform them they gave me a product I did not order and didnt give me the item I did order. But let’s start with the fact my soda is flat and all of our food was cold or barley warm especially the fries and mash potatoes were ice cold. I would have been fine with that except I called to let then know I didnt have my side of coslaw and the guy acusef me of lying saying he was the one who packed my food and knows for a fact it was in there. This location for KFC need to be closed down and completely re trained and cleaned. The lobby smells weird and there is literally only one young guy who is nice and professional everyone else is callous and needs to not work in anything with customers.

So I just went there they messed up on my order and gave me dark meat instead of light meat. I went back. I had already put my hand in my food to eat my biscuit and peeled off one of the tops to see that it was dark meat and the lady took my food back and put it back in where the other chicken was to serve to another customer. She did not apologize she gave me my box of food back completely open. Absolutely disgusting I would never eat here again.

Yep weeks ago we got a bucket and it was delicious! Today(living in Oshkosh) we thought let’s get it again. It was absolutely the worst chicken I’ve ever tried to eat! It was most likely sitting under the lights since lunch! We threw it out! We now understand why there are no refunds! You are not worth driving to anymore. So very sad that your people thought it was ok to serve the crap!!!!! Jean Baer

They said our online order was “cancelled” when we got to the drive thru. Then I asked to place a new order in person and they said “no, we’re out of chicken.” Would not recommend… I hope the best for these people but how do you run out of chicken and deny service when there’s a line of cars in the drive thru? Sorry… hope y’all can figure it out.

I am here on a doordash pickup and am utterly disappointed. 5 employees look at me, but never once greet me. One cook is walking around the kitchen prepping food with one hand while holding his cell phone in the other, completely unsanitary. The other is leaning against the drive thru window. The others are working or cleaning.

This location is under a lot of pressure being that Neenah & FDL closed, however, Patricia & Adam are simply outstanding!! I thought i was at a fine dining restaurant, customer service is amazingly awesome& the food is always fresh. Inside is as clean as I’ve seen at a KFC. PATRICIA WORLS SUN TO SUN DOWN EVERY DAY, she is a true gem of an employee. Thanks for all the work your team does to keep this location going. I know the pay may not be as you deserve, but we the people appreciate y’all!!
