I could go into detail, and I have taken pictures of the product I was given – which I will submit, if there is any question about my experience. But the best I can say is this. The service was very unpleasant. I don’t think the worker there was trained in either how to speak English, return a smile or anything else. She did – to be clear – offer a very perfunctory and unimpassioned ‘thank you’ as we left. We did tip her. It is not her fault that Subway cannot pay her enough or train her well in the fine arts of cordiality. She seemed kind of miserable and I felt bad for her.
But otherwise the experience was just very unpleasant and my main problem is the product she gave us. She gave us tiny tiny little bits of meat and very few toppings and several times I had to redirect her in her assorted endeavors to make us the subs we actually wanted. She seemed slightly annoyed and my son and I felt bad for her, to the extent that he even apologized twice for having to redirect her confusion.. But it’s just kind of clear she just wasn’t into making a very good sub. That wasn’t her main thing. That was not her goal. There was nobody in there when we got there and her main goal seemed to be returning to that state.
I think you could see for the record that I am not a person to leave bad reviews. But Subway just seems like a very inferior place to go and we will not go to that one again for sure. And it’s not just for the service it’s mainly because they just are so terrible about actually filling up the huge sub bun that they serve things on. And again if there’s any question about this I’ll give you a picture

1st and last time here. Baby I’ve never seen a sandwich look so poor. Can you even tell what kind of sandwich this is looking at it? It’s not a veggie sandwich! Can you see the Tuna???? Yea, me neither! I’m gone eat it cause I haven’t ate today but babyyyyyyyyy, I’ll drive all the way to somewhere else 15 mins out of it means getting a better sandwich! Is Subway going bankrupt????? Them 2 lil balls of tuna. It looks like she put 1. You know they put that silver lid there now and you can’t see over it. Chy, this rabbit food atp. ‍♀️

Avoid this location. Mobile ordered a chicken sandwich, and was given an Italian (pork and beef) which I do not eat and had to throw away. First time any Subway has done this.

I got a familiar sandwich so I know how it was supposed to be made. I watched the young lady make it and I know she didn’t put all the ingredients in it. I asked her if that’s how it was supposed to be made and she said yes. The look she gave me was very unprofessional. I know she didn’t make it right, and she did too. She looked at the other worker and they laughed. They were white and I was black. I really felt some kind of way about that. The last person that fixed the same sandwich was white and very nice. I left a $3.00 tip for $9.00 sandwich. How you treat people matters. Subway please watch the people you hire. Some please aren’t doing your company any favors.

I went in there today to pick up my mobile order, I needed to use the bathroom being that I’m a mail carrier it’s not easy for us to go to the bathroom just anytime, so I really needed to go and the women’s restroom had a sign that the toilet wasn’t working, so I proceeded to go to the men’s because when you have to go you have to go, as soon as I opened the door it smelled like straight poop, then I came to realized there was poop on the toilet handle, on the floor, on the sink it was just disgusting and you can tell it was there for a while because it was dried up, I got out of there and went to the women’s even though it had a sign, I wanted to see if the toilet was really broken, I flushed the toilet and it was working properly. I washed my hands, grabbed my food and left out of there, the whole time I’m thinking if the person that made my sandwich was his hands after using the bathroom. I don’t think I can go back after that nastiness.

I’m not the most personable, but the staff here are my favorite of any of the local fast food places especially the older Black lady that works most evenings and the brunette White girl that works breakfast hours. I see customers and some of the newer staff try to start arguments and fights in there but those 2 are always cool. Food is just regular subway quality though, nothing special and the location sucks. Always shady people outside being that it’s between 3 sketchy businesses. These employees are a godsend though and the owners would do well keeping them around

Probably the least satisfying sub i ever had from a subway

Order the cheesy garlic steak sub online.

The main reason for the low score is because of the lack of meat on the sub. I honestly believe they took the amount of meat for a 6 inch and placed on a footlong.

Was basically a vegetable sub.

I have been coming to this subway for about 8 years now and lately staff seems lost and is not sure what they are suppose to do. I think better training might assist in fixing this issue.

I usually go there and have a bad experience, and then come back in few months with hopes that something has changed but no.

I ordered two subs and they were both extremely burnt, I tried to give the man a benefit of doubt but as soon as the over started beeping that it’s done, he started cleaning and messing with the register.

The manager seems very sweet but a but frustrated with his employees. I hope he finds a solution soon.

Probably won’t come back for a while.

The lady jump off the counter put gloves on to make my sub…You not going to at lease sanitize your hands.When ask she said how do you know my hands are not clean. Really !!!! Lettuce brown no onions I said no this starter all wrong. This child said you can leave wait I ask for better service and I need to leave. Rude nasty attitude I was trying to may it work due to me really really wanting a streak and cheese sub .

Stood in line for more than 10 minutes without even a welcome to subway. All the employees seemed to be counting the minutes til they can leave. I eventually just left without even ordering. Next line for more than 10 minutes with no one in front of me. I’ll go get food from somewhere else from now on
