I had a great experience at Smoothie King on 876 Virginia Ave. The store was very clean and well maintained, which immediately stood out to me. My smoothie was made quickly, and the service was smooth from start to finish.
Markevia F was extremely professional and welcoming. She recommended a smoothie I had never tried before, and it was absolutely on point! I really appreciated her knowledge and customer service.

I went there for the first and last time 12/27 3:29 pm. I ordered a 20oz lemon twist strawberry (I always get this smoothie from other locations, never any issues). My total came up to $8.07. I handed the cashier $10.07. She handed me my receipt but not my change so I had to ask for it. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive through when I was handed a watered down smoothie. I asked for a refund but the cashier stated a refund could not be issued because the manager was not there which is odd because customers should always be privy to a refund regardless of whether a manager is there or not but if that’s the case, if a manager was supposed to be there, why were they not….Nonetheless, I told her to remake the smoothie. This girl simply poured the watery smoothie over more ice and blended it. Here’s pictures of the smoothie. Mind you, this is my go to smoothie so I’m very familiar with how it’s supposed to taste and the hue and this is not it. I also left a review with the corporate office. $8 for a smoothie is too much in this economy so if I’m spending it, I expect the product I’m paying for to be a quality product.

Just left the gym and I’m on my way to pick up a few of my homies from the airport. I stopped by Smoothie King to refuel and had the pleasure of meeting Nykea. She was incredibly kind and so helpful.

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had ordered early in the morning a bee berry bowl and the attendant informed that it was not quite ready. I said I would be back at lunchtime to get it. I was pleased to know that even though the shift had changed the young lady was expecting me and was aware of my order. Great staff for passing on the info. Thanks.

I absolutely love this spot! I first came here because I was having trouble placing an order on the app. Normally, I stick to my go-to location in Atlanta, which is definitely my favorite, but it seems like there’s some new competition now. I heard that this smoothie King is under new management, so I was curious to see how my experience would turn out and it went really well! The app wasn’t letting me use my free 12-ounce smoothie, and I didn’t want to pay for it by trying to pre-order, so I decided to just order when I got to the drive-through. Angelo was such a gentleman; he repeated my order back to me and even helped me with the rewards. Unfortunately, I still got charged for the smoothie, but that wasn’t his fault there’s definitely something off with the app right now. Luckily, the manager, Vernon, jumped in and helped Angelo fixed the app’s mistake. He was super nice and quick about it. Both of them were really patient and kept me in the loop the whole time. Even with the app issues, my interaction lasted no more than 5 minutes, and they made everything right in no time. I really appreciate this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often! Also, they left very nice and thoughtful messages on my cup. Sometimes it’s the little things that truly count!
