My husband and I came here on 7/21/25, and one of the girls working was hanging out with friends/family in the lobby. She went behind the counter to help us, but while she was scooping the ice cream, she was wearing a baggy sweater.. the sleeves were hanging off over her knuckles it was so long. It was kind of like a wool type sweater with fuzzies coming off. While she was scooping the ice cream, her sleeves were TOUCHING the ice cream next to it. I understand it’s cold in there, but the dress code should at least be not to wear sweaters that baggy of a sweater while handling food or at least roll up your sleeves so its not touching anything! I worked in the food service to so I understand. I also felt kind of rushed after she made mine.. headed to register and asked, “Anything else for you? “.. as I’m standing with my husband waiting for his ice cream to be made.. just to go back and hang out with her friends in the lobby. We won’t return to this location.

Came to this location a little over a month ago. My boyfriend and I had just finished watching a movie at the nearby theatre and I was in the mood for ice cream. It was about 8PM and when we walked in, they greeted us but no one looked towards us. No customers were inside, just three workers behind the counter. They all seemed busy, probably working on pick up orders so I didn’t think much of it and went towards the ice creams to see which flavor I wanted. I must have took no more than 20 seconds and then I stood there patiently waiting for them to acknowledge that I was ready to place an order. I had been waiting for almost two minutes and they all still had their backs turned towards us. Then one of them turned around and I figured she was going to ask for my order. I was wrong. She started to clean, she literally went towards the back to grab a mop and then proceeded to clean the floor behind the counter, in front of us. She didn’t even try to look at us and say “We’ll be right with you”or anything of the sort. My date and I looked at each other and felt very strange that no one wanted to take our order or let us know that they will take our order soon. By this moment, we had been waiting close to three minutes, in an empty store, no customers except us and three workers who didn’t want to take our order. That’s when we decided to leave. They didn’t want our business, so we took it elsewhere.

Multiple staff members here will ask for your order instead of having one person do everything and not get confused. We’ve come to this location multiple times and they always get something wrong, but this particular time, my husband came in and asked for 4 “love it” sizes, one of which would be in a waffle bowl. They put all 4 in paper bowls, and put two of them on the smallest size bowl, and charged for 4 medium size bowls. They even put one of the smaller bowls into a medium size bowl which in why we didn’t notice sooner..

Big shout out for the ladies that work there, whenever I walk in at around 9:50 pm (they close at 10), they are very friendly and welcoming, they do not make you feel guilty for walking it right before they close, I appreciate you!

Refuses corporate coupons. I received an emailed coupon for BOGO. Came here to use it and the manager told me that corporate told them not to accept emailed coupons. I reached out to corporate to check and they denied this, stating that the location should have accepted the coupon. I believe I was lied to so that the store owner/franchisee could make more money.

Terrible customer service experience. There was no proper greeting just a blank stare. Employee put the wrong topping in the ice cream then proceeds to scrape it off throwing some of the other toppings away. Did not even add more of it and charged me double for the toppings. Do NOT come here..
