This Subway has been on a steady decline. They got rid of good toppings that locals like, usually out of something also. Bread was dry as a popcorn fart. They fired one of the only people who actually worked hard and made my sandwich correctly. The face-lift certainly made it look like a new place, but I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

You may want to check your grinders William Hill before you leave to make sure you got exactly what you paid for I was just charged for extra meat on two of my Grinders didn’t get the extra meat wrote to the company haven’t heard anything from these guys at all so they’re totally blow you right off don’t care about anything but your cash obviously or I would have gotten a phone call by now or some type of reply I can say is check your food before you go you might be paying for something you’re not going to get let alone a couple weeks ago when I bought two grinders I got one large and one small but paid for two large so I had to sit there and wait for the guy to make me another half of the grinder that should have already been done especially when you order 3 hours ahead of time that gives them more than enough time to make your grinders

Went in ordered two sandwiches. Specifically ordered less garlic aioli, got extra and even when some was removed it was too much. Also found a long hair in the sandwich as well. Very unpleasant experience.

Consistently disappointing if trying to order online / in app. This location repeatedly leaves off ingredients paid for, including when you pay extra for avocado or double meat. Was informed by one of the employees that the manager is hardly ever there, which might explain why the employees feel free to not pay attention to what the online order slips actually say.

I am leaving 1 star for 1 reason only. The manager Devin Menard. Watching him berate his staff in front of me, to the point of watching them shake while making my sandwich. I only waited about 20 seconds before being helped. One gentleman started my order the other was checking on bread in the oven. The manager came out of nowhere (from the store somewhere, not from the back of the subway or the bathroom). He then grabbed a metal pole and hit the bread with it and immediately started to berate the young man who was checking on it. Right in front of me, he then asked the young man to go to the back room. Bashing on him more. All the while I can hear everything. The only reason I will EVER return to this location is to support the AMAZING young men that helped me. Thank you SO MUCH Daniel and Jared. You both deserve SO much more than the manager you got. I will be checking in to ensure no retaliation is put on these young men. Look at my Google profile, I NEVER leave bad reviews. However something had to be said here and I couldn’t let it go without someone knowing. Do better

SLOW. Somehow the downtown Keene one manages to be faster with 1 employee than this one is with 3. Constantly waiting, while employees walk through the service area and do nothing to help the 1 person making sandwiches / running register. I understand they have other responsibilities, but it is bad business and frankly rude to do nothing while your coworker struggles. It makes sense to me that they seem to have a lot of turnover as their employees are consistently frazzled and overworked. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, day and night, weekend and weeknight and it is always the same. Maybe if I come in at 10 am like another reviewer, I could get a sandwich in less than 20 minutes.

Declaring to a customer 15 min before closing that my order better be only one sandwich (it was) is a bit unprofessional. I’ve worked customer facing, you work till close, if someone comes in a min before closing you take care of them you don’t declare a limit to an order. All part of the job.

Pretty typical subway. You know what to expect. Food was good and well made. Easy to get to. And in and out of. Plenty of parking. Would be much better if Google posted address when asking you to review one of these so you know which one you are reviewing and could give more detailed info.

There are only 2 or 3 people that actually possess customer service skills at this particular store in Swanzey NH, the rest are rude and treat you like you’re bothering them to come in and get a sandwich. The last straw was paying for extra meat, and not getting any meat or cheese on all 3 of our sandwiches, just vegetables and sauce, not even a toasted bun and an attitude when asked to make it right
