food was good as most of the time showmars is. seriously, most of the menu is pretty tasty. anyway this trip it was cactus chili and a fish sandwich and fries.

Very good choice. Everything was great. The food and the service. We will definitely eat here again. Most of us had the fish. Only one person tried the gyro and she said that it was really good. The prices are reasonable as well.

Called in to place an order, for a shrimp platter and basically recipe a kids meal portion of food. When I called in to say that I felt like I didn’t get my money worth on top of my fries being OLD. The manager made it seem like it was my fault for “ not coming on time “. I would rather spend my money elsewhere and actually get what I’m paying for.

This Showmars is our favorite location. The salad is always crispy and hummus is delicious. I get the Mediterranean Hummus Salad, the best! I ordered it without the olives and pepperonchi but added chicken. With the delicious sauces they provide (I ask for two types) this salad is very good. Dinner sized portion or sharable. My husband gets the Gyro Pita and loves it. Our guest had the fish sandwich along with coleslaw, and liked it very much. Definitely worth trying!! Everyone was wearing a mask and gloves.

Came in on my lunch today! Ordered a cup of water and a slice of carrot cake! They gave me my water and a number to sat on the table! I have been sitting here waiting on my cake for 25 minutes, while 4 girls stand around the counter , laughing, talking, playing! It’s like a day care up there! So I am getting my refund and not coming back!

Looks like they are under new management or ownership. Food still the same but man at the register didn’t ask what size pita burger and charged me the double automatically. I would say poor customer service when you know you offer 2 options. Plus I didn’t care for how he spoke to one of his employees. I wouldn’t last there working 1 day with his attitude. Merry Christmas Galleria Mall! You need all the customers you can get!!!

I have to say I love Showmars fish had it delivered this evening.
The fish was good but for the rest….the hushpuppies were very greasy, you could lightly squeeze them and oil would drip out…..the onion rings had to be yesterday’s…..the salad, I tell you was the worst I’ve ever had. The bowl was almost half full of water and the lettuce was soggy and lots of black slimey lettuce and the tomato was awful. (See photo) I won’t be ordering from there anymore!!

I’m shocked this one of my favorite places to eat. I placed order ask not to tie my bag get there order ready. Got home food wet from bag being tied. Food was wet and I was very disappointed! Called I advise mgr I couldn’t come back due to I was working. She stated she would replace meal. Called to get it replaced she said I would need to bring food in from day before. I did advise food was thrown away. She could only offer 15% discount.
Which in two day I paid 50 bucks!! This customer service was not good at all!! Do better showmars!! I will be contacting corporate office!! Please don’t go here unless you want wet food!!
