Have been craving seafood forever and finally decided to check this place out! I can’t believe I’ve never tried coming here before! In fact I’m still sitting in the parking lot as I leave this review lol. I got the grilled shrimp with Cajun waffle fries and I almost debated going back inside for a second plate!! This satisfied every craving I had I will definitely be back. On top of that, staff was very nice and welcoming upon walk in. I only wish I took a photo of the food they made. So glad I decided to check this place out. I’m already making a wishlist of everything I want to try 🙂

Ordered directly from Dracut house at 7:50. They don’t close till nine, at 8:55. I called to see where my order was and the girl told me that they would be picking it up at 8:59. I called back At 9:06 as my food had still not arrived and no one answered so I continue to call until someone did and was told that they could not do anything because they were just a cook and everyone else had went home. Terrible customer service when I talk to the manager in the morning she proceeded to go over the recorded calls and instead of taking accountability for the terrible service she shifted the blame on me, saying that I did not give an apartment number when I called back before they closed and confirmed everything And asked for a call when the driver was Outside of my building. Mind you my son was waiting for that food and I was out almost $60 and the food was never delivered. For the prices, they charge customer service should a lot better, and at the end of the day, you could blame the dasher for supposedly not knowing the apartment #( mind you carol, you said the girl that took the order is constantly putting in the wrong number.) the dasher could have left it outside. I order from you guys a lot. You could argue what you want. You want to lie and say it wasn’t accurate that I was out almost $60 but I have the receipt. No need to lie, just don’t make the customers out to be the bad one when you don’t know how to conduct business. That was your responsibility to make sure the order got to my place not mine, but lesson learned. Don’t go to a place with crap customer service, and not for nothing, it shows just how management is from the way she responded below.

Typical pizza joint food. Not bad. Older staff walked straight at me and I had to move out of her way. Didn’t move for my wife later on either. Didn’t provide wet naps when wings were ordered.
Kids were ok, older staff didn’t say hello/welcome and no thank you/ come again/ how was everything, on the way out when we were only customers in there. Apparently they have everything dialed in from their point of view with no changes needed.

True to its name, it’s a warm and welcoming place to have food in dracut area. All the staff members were friendly, tables are kept neatly even though its self service style restaurant. Ordered lobster roll and very satisfied with the fresh lobster meat and the quality. Waffle cut fries are another delicious item which is perfectly crispy, and well seasoned. Not to mention the large parking space is a big relief as well.

We used to order from here weekly ar go every Friday with whole family sometimes 10 of us I realized in the last few years no customers on Fridays which used to be the busiest place in dracut we tried takeout tonight now I understand the food was terrible old chicken wife got chicken broccoli Alfredo was awful I got a spicy chicken sandwich neither of us could get past 2 bites bring nick and Adrian back something definitely off with this place used to be the place where families met on Friday now it’s a ghost town im sorry but it was very disappointing

The food and menu is very good.
The prices are okay and comparable to other places. There is plenty of seating. Place is kept clean. It is hit or miss when it comes to service. Not very friendly unless you’re a regular.

A decent place to get pizza. The only thing that seems to be lacking is the delivery takes forever. Most of the time, it takes at least an hour. I try to order ahead so it isn’t much of a bother. Just surprises me it takes so long for one cheese pizza.

Horrible customer service. Workers are rude, and seems to me like management doesn’t care to correct it. Unfortunate because the food is great.

I ordered 2 seafood platters last night, when I looked into the bag once I got in my car it was the wrong order. I walked back in letting them know I received steak tip dinners instead of seafood. The woman upfront said as very apologetic but she asked the cook if he can remake the order, I was told there was no more egg wash. I didn’t make a big deal of it, I said that’s fine could I just get a refund please. She decided to ask her boss and the boss told them to remake the order. I waited an extra 20 minutes in my car. Got the order. It was so poorly cooked, everything felt rubbery, there was barely any fries maybe a couple pieces of each seafood. I was very disappointed to see I was charged $81 dollars for this. there was barely anything to eat, and nothing tasted great. Again, the two girls working were very kind and apologetic. I’m usually not the type to write a review honestly, but I would’ve much preferred a refund rather than half ass cooked food. It looked as if they grabbed a few pieces of seafood and threw in a handful of broken pieces of fries.
