This is my absolute favorite place to have lunch in Forney. Every time my wife and I eat here, we are floored how few people are here, yet the McDonald’s parking lot is jam packed
For 14 bucks, you get soup, salad, and your choice of a bento box full of quality items (sushi, gyoza, rice and main course) guaranteed to fill you up and put a smile on your face.

The service was great, absolutely no issues. The atmosphere was a little too dim, but I don’t think it subtracted from the experience. Some sushi rolls are priced great, some seem a little high. The basic rolls have good flavor. I got the rainbow roll from the premium menu, it was ok. The fish eggs on top seemed messy to me, and when I went to pick it up, there was a 50% chance it was going to fall apart. Would I return? If in the area, yes, simply because the service was great. Oh yeah, good music too.

Great experience! The atmosphere is very nice…dimly lit overall, low volume music, not overly large, with a couple focal points being the bubble wall and sushi glass case. The service is excellent, helping with the menu and also explaining what was what when the food arrived. The food was a beautiful presentation and tasted just as great as it looked! They have a large menu, we ordered 3 different Specialty Rolls (Coconut, Sunny and Angry Dragon) and the Lover Boat for 2, which came with Miso Soup. All of us were impressed with the quality and taste of everything we ordered! They even surprised my son with a Birthday Fried Ice Cream!

My family’s FAVORITE local restaurant. We came here this evening for my birthday, my kids literally beg for us to bring them here.
We highly recommend the yellowtail jalapeño for an appetizer. We always order two angry dragon rolls, and the coconut roll. They do buy two rolls get one free Sunday – Thursday.
The steak hibachi and sweet and sour salmon is to die for as well!

My honest review would be 4.6. The food was excellent. The service was fair and the establishment was clean. Will definitely be returning. I did not like that I was put next to the bathroom. I’d prefer to wait for a better table than to be seated next to the restroom. It did not smell but is a pet peeve of mine. This place really has five star potential.

This place deserves all the hype and high ratings. Food is fabulous, menu is elaborate, staff is courteous, location is slightly off but well worth the drive. A live-looking sushi bar, moderate mustard c volume and soothing (read dimly lit) lighting make for an interesting ambience. I see myself returning to pages like these for the food and pleasing service. Would not recommend as a kid-friendly or family place but mostly for couples or singles.
