Went to pickup pizza at dominos. There was another lady in front of me when i got there, she turned to me and said “they haven’t even helped me yet”. We were ignored and weren’t even greeted for at least 3-4 min. Then a delivery driver came in and helped us. I get my food and go home. Only to realize the pizza is wrong. Is it really that hard to follow instructions? And to Greet customers? Guess so…

I’m in the service industry and I hate to complain but this pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. First of all, the tracker said my driver was “in my neighborhood” but arrived 10 minutes later. No big deal there. Secondly, the food was “warm” at best. The wings were “okay” but lacking sauce and the pizza was literally burnt and tasted like hard cardboard. We will never order from this restaurant again. I see that the management team doesn’t respond to reviews so this is for the potential customers, please go elsewhere.

No wonder why this place has 2.7 reviews on Google. It should be much lower much much lower. I ordered Visa at 11 PM on Uber eats showing delivery at 11:, At 11:49 PM it shows order is delivered. I called Uber Eats store no response in all of a sudden at 1 AM. Somebody started to call me stating my pizza that is here and they’ve been trying to reach out to me, I went downstairs to check there was nobody And And I saw somebody pulling up at my apartment building with a Domino’s sign, Driver very rudely yelled at me stating as your Pizza and left. I’ve ordered here several times and this has to be the worst experience by far with this location. Took almost an hour for my order to get to my house. The driver went back to the store after he dropped an order off and didn’t leave again for 20 minutes. The pizza was so cold the cheese is ripping off the pizza. The driver knocked on the door after I asked politely for them not to (didn’t want the dog barking and sure enough it did and woke everyone up). I’ve tried calling up there and of course I can’t get anyone on the line. Will not be ordering from this dominos anymore.

Literally order from any other dominos and you more than likely will have no issues. I live 5 minutes away from this location and i can’t tell you how many of my pizzas get cancelled because they’re lazy and don’t wanna deliver, then when you’re order is over an hour late you get yelled at by staff on the phone when trying to figure things out. drivers don’t call with your order half the time. very TERRIBLE location, I have another dominos by my job and they absolutely beat the crap out of this location every time! can’t wait to move away and never have to deal with you people ever again!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Domino’s was very disappointing. My order showed as “ready” in the app for over 30 minutes before it was actually available, and when I asked about a refund, the employee at the counter was dismissive and unhelpful. She appeared frustrated with customers and even made an odd comment about not being able to speak to people “because of the ADA,” which was confusing and unprofessional. I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s in the past, but this location definitely needs better customer service and management oversight. Also no one was using gloves to prepare the food absolutely disgusting. I don’t care how many times you wash your hands your nails hold bacteria. Just ewww such a health hazard.

Ordered 2 lg pizzas for pickup 40 min ago. Was showing on app tracker that should be ready in 8 min when I arrived at the store app changer to 17min. Been showing as ready on app for 10 min and nothing of my pizzas. Unacceptable. Manager didn’t give a shit i was canceling my order. Very rude..employees and lazy and slow. I worked for dominos for a couple of years about 15 years ago and I could not believe what I saw today. Don’t know how this place still open.

If you want to wait for an hour or more for a cold pizza because the people working inside are incompetent and can’t figure out how to take them from oven and get them to the people in the store or delivery on time then you have come to the right place. They are rude and hopefully the franchise owner gets to see the reviews and can learn that he needs to look for better people who can do their job better than these folks.
