Triple Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for made from scratch food, best service and relaxing atmosphere.

The savory corn beef hash is full of flavor. Buttery biscuits melt in your mouth. Home made chips have the perfect balance of crunch and not too salty. However, the absolute best menu item is the Signature Foil Dog. The presentation is fun and the flavors will explode in your mouth.

Stop by this neighborhood favorite.

Very casual restaurant with really good food and service. 6 tables inside with a private room for parties of 8. Shaded outdoor seating. Nice selection of desserts. Restaurant was a house at one time. A lot of people park on the road.

This is a wonderful place for both relaxation and dining. When visiting the cafe, you can sit at tables outside or inside. The friendly staff creates a family atmosphere. The selection of dishes is impressive, and most importantly, everything is delicious. The place itself is quiet and cozy.

We had very good Reuben sanwiches with the house made chips. They had nice sweet lemonade too, that wasn’t watered down. Very friendly and pretty waitress. We would go again if we are ever in the area.

Amazing food, outstanding service, loving and warm atmosphere! We had the best breakfast, the owner was awesome. Our new favorite spot when traveling here! Oh, shrimp and grits are 10/10!

Ordered takeout and had a pretty frustrating experience. They got my order wrong, messed up the substitution, and even charged me for a side that was supposed to come with my daughter’s kids meal. Everything was kind of jumbled up, and the pancakes were burnt.

For how expensive it was, I expected better. That said, the food itself tasted good. I just wish the order had been handled more carefully.

You know a place is good when days later you just want to go back, even though you live hours away.

I got the basic two eggs, bacon, and biscuit. Not pictured here (which was the real star of the show) were the from-scratch biscuits and gravy. Completely perfect quality and flavor. Everything hit perfectly. Yea, it’s basic breakfast, but when it’s this good it’s worth letting everyone know.

My wife had the crab quiche which was great, and my son had a kids pancake and the cook made a smile on it which got a laugh out of him when he first saw it. It’s the little things that bring joy and make something memorable.

Add to that the wonderful service, friendly welcome by the owner, and great atmosphere and I would easily go back the next time we are nearby.

Absolutely—here’s a cleaner, punchier rewrite that keeps the praise flowing:

The owner, Randy, is awesome—and the food somehow manages to be just as good. Everything is outstanding, from the homemade sloppy joes and Bloody Mary mix to the corned beef hash. We also tried the fried bologna and the smoked chicken salad, and both were fantastic.

If you’re anywhere near the area, this place is a must-visit.

Great food and service here!! My son and I enjoyed a brunch mommy and me date on a friday at around 11:30am. Park on the side of the road in front. I had the grouper sandwich with onion straws….whow..AMAZING!! My son had the kids breakfast and of course I tried some and that was also tasty and a huge portion. The atmosphere is definitely that of a small town where everyone knows eachother. We were treated with respect, kindness and genuine care. The food came out quickly and the quality was really good.

Incredible! A dual threat – breakfast or lunch. Let me summarize my review, just go to Rodie’s ASAP!

This is the restaurant you want to visit multiple times each week. I tried to convince them to open a location in Maryland, unfortunately, I think they are committed to Florida. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and offers helpful recommendations. The owner, Randy, is so welcoming and takes pride in his restaurant.

We were visiting the area and dined at Rodie’s twice in 5-days. We tried a third time but had a large party and a flight to catch so we had to scoot. I mention this because our family wanted Rodie’s to be their last meal in Florida – a big compliment since we were fortunate to eat at some great spots.

The whole menu is worth trying. In non-rank order, excellent Reuben (my son says the best), incredible corned beef hash, delicious pancakes and breakfast sandwiches, and my favorite, the grouper sandwich. At many places the breakfast potatoes are an afterthought, not here, they are a great side. There is a lot of care and attention to detail.

Rodie’s for the W!
