I love Popeyes food. Its the only fast food chicken I like. Unfortunately, the service was some of the worst I’ve encountered. The cashier was extremely rude. She had some kind of teeth decorations, which made her very difficult to understand. After ordering a breast and a thigh, she kept asking “thigh”? I kept saying yes, until she said ” No, I said SIDE”. I apologized, but she just walked away, leaving me standing there. She finally asked my name, which I spelled for her, and took my money. No thank you, or acknowledgement of any kind. I asked if I got a drink with that, she grabs a cup and hands it to me without saying a word. I waited on my food, and they had to call my name twice because she wrote the wrong name down. The guy giving me my food never acknowledged me or thanked me either. I then went back up to order a biscuit, and the cashier walked by me numerous times without ever asking me what I needed. Finally another employee came up and asked me, then told her. She rang me up without ever saying a word. I realize how petty this all sounds, but there are way too many food options to settle going somewhere with such rude, uncaring employees. And it wasn’t that way with other customers, just me and another guy. We had something in common that no one else in the restaurant had in common with us. This is the third time in a row that I had a bad experience at Popeyes. If their food wasn’t so good, I would not go back.

Whoever the frontline manager is did a great job. I’ve never seen a rush of business like today. Whoever the young man is that manages the store and worked the front area and back held it together like I could not have. I recommend his promotion!

Oh my! This was the best Popeyes my husband and i have ate at. Monday 4/3/23 10am. Everyone welcomed us into the store. The cashier took our order with a smile. The food was piping hot and fresh. It was good. The restaurant was clean. The environment was very friendly. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Forest.

Awesome fast food service 99% of the time! Only couple times have I been upset with this fast food place. They are usually fast, accurate and of course delicious! Oh and the frozen lemonade are 1 of my absolute favorites! ! Oh and my favorite food is their gravy….Oh how i wish I could make that….I would eat it on all my food or dip my food in it 1…lol who am I kidding I about would just drink it….

I went this evening and picked up a huge order which included drinks for 5 ppl. I asked for a cup holder. I was laughed at. They said they didn’t have any. I asked if they could find something because I had all these drinks to carry. They all started laughing and smirking. I told them I didn’t see anything funny about this and they needed to have better customer service. This was the rudest customer service I had ever experienced there. I’m from up north, I’m used to being greeted upon entering a Popeyes. Instead I came in, made eye contact with multiple (4) workers and still was never served or greeted. ♀️ definitely ended up leaving; I don’t force restaurants to take my coins.

Friendly staff, quick service and always got my food within 10ish minutes. Great boneless wings and their boneless bundle is definitely worth the price. Been a constant spot for lunch or dinner. One of the best Popeyes I’ve had
