Door says inside dining is open until 10pm. 8:45pm, doors are locked and floors were being mopped. Everytime I come here it’s one thing or the other. Save yourself the hassle and drive down to the one in Firestone, but further but food is fresher, staff is friendlier and advertised open and close are upheld.

This was my 2nd time at this location. I went through the drive thru. I wish I had got the name of the young man working the window (9/24 at 11:20am). He was very nice and personable! This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a KFC.

Although my food was very good. Service was just fine. The dining room was a different story. Maybe 2 ”cleanish” tables in the dining room. Trays stacked on trash receptacles. Floor was cluttered with trash.

I was really disappointed when I got home I got the eight piece chicken meal I ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as my sides when I got home I had mashed potatoes not the full portion I usually get and coleslaw I hate coleslaw that’s why I ordered the mac and cheese the chicken seem like it was old not fresh like it usually is

I couldn’t not give a review after my last order. I ordered through Uber and it’s my first and last time ordering at this location. I ordered a 3 piece combo, thighs and drums, and a side of the new mashed potatoes poppers with an extra drum.
1. Wrong combo. Breasts, not thighs. And clearly they knew what the combo was supposed to be, because I still got one of the two drums I ordered.
2. Didn’t get the second drum I paid for. Just straight up missing food I ordered.
3. They knew what was supposed to be in the bag, because substituted the mashed potato poppers for mashed potatoes with no gravy.
4. The mashed potatoes I ordered that were supposed to have gravy had about a teaspoon. Not what they usually put on there.
Is this just a way to keep people from ordering online? Do they just randomly put whatever in the bag? The only thing they did right was putting a soda in a cup, at least it was the right flavor soda. Then they made the driver wait 20 minutes because they told him they were making the order, and then he had to go up and ask them to make the order. Bad enough you’re cutting into your own profits, why screw over a driver too? What an awful establishment.

Got the hot honey wings wasn’t cooked all the way and looks old and fries are so hard and old tables was dirty flys everywhere and poor food service probably won’t come back again & the ice machine didn’t work at all so the sodas was hot very poor food

Honestly I’m so upset. Went to this location and ordered a kfc meal, changed out coleslaw for Mac and cheese (which is a premium side so paid extra) to still get the coleslaw. Ordered the A&W root beer float and it was barely half filled. Rude service and didn’t get my correct order.
