First, I want to preface this by saying I NEVER leave negative reveiws, either opting to stay silent because I understand what its like to be in a low tier customer facing position or leaving positive reveiws, but this is the worse Chipotle by far. We put in a catering order for delivery on the Chipotle website for delivery for an important work function. The delivery time comes and goes and.. nothing. Called Chipotle customer support and they said the driver picked it up already. Okay, ETA? No ETA. They’re not sure when its getting to me. Tried calling the store, no answer, 3 times. Call the delivery driver (apparently they outsource to doordash) and he says they haven’t even started on the food yet! We are both not happy at this point. Its 30m past the estimated delivery time at this point. They literally just forgot about the catering order. Which is just complete negligence that effected our entire work function. Not even just normal mishaps or, actual just complete lack of responsibility. Its absolutely wild to me how this location is still functioning if you just completely forget about a whole catering order like that. The food ended up being a whole hour and a half late and our high profile client left without food during lunchtime because of this locations complete negligence. This staff needs to be lead correct, retrained or turned over asap.

1. Last week I placed an order but the manager refused to give me my meal because it didn’t show on her screen.
I showed the Manager the confirmation email on my phone. She still refused to give me my food.
I had to call corporate to get my refund.

2. I was supposed to get free Guacamole but that never happened either.

3. Yesterday I was billed $18.26 for a $15.88 order.
They want me to take a screenshot of my order and receipt.
I already spent a lot of time on the phone and I refuse to do any more work.
So I wrote this honest review instead.
They should know how much my order was and how much they billed me for.

4. The steak in the Burrito Bowl was tough and I had to spit out every bite.

Corporate I hope you’re listening. These kids are going to ruin this store. I have been to other Chipotle restaurants and thought everyone had the same high standards. I’ve only ever left a handful of reviews, but this one is very well deserved. I just want to start of by saying Michael who served our food was so polite and his customer service was so amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience since we hardly ever go into restaurants to order. The food was so delicious! And when it was time to pay Mercedes was also so kind and polite all smiles. You don’t really see good customer service like this now a days. We will definitely be back and they definitely deserve a praise! (Raise )

It was a bad experience. Many of the workers don’t do their jobs. It was my first and last time going there. They didn’t have any different types of meat, and the rice was hard. I asked for chips, and they said they didn’t have any, even though they were literally right there in the back. There were three people there, but only one was actually serving because the others were on their phones.

I used to go to this location all the time in person, with hardly any issues. Lately I’ve been ordering from them through UberEats. Now there’s nothing but problems it seems. I used to order chorizo before Chipotle created the plant based version and it’d be hard every now and then which is fine. As long as its still edible then I was okay with it. This is the third or 4th time I’ve ordered the plant based chorizo from this location. Tonight I received my order, removed the lid, and it looks like the restaurant ran out of chorizo and threw some charcoal in my bowl. I can’t eat one piece, it is so hard! I ordered the same thing last night, without any issue. I placed my order hours before the restaurant closed, so the fact that they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer is just revolting.
