We ordered today and our whole order was some trash and burnt . They just threw anything on both pizzas. The salad was old it was suppose to be a Cesar but it was just old lettuce. Both pizzas were burnt and Cinnabon knots were burnt as well . If I could give 0 I would . Don’t recommend this location at all .

Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
Our order was prepared fast which was great because we were super hungry.

There’s a nice park and seating outside (def recommend) as well as usual seating inside.

Parking around is free and seems easy enough to find a space.

Found &pizza online and wanted to give it a try. Saw that I was able to sign up for their rewards program and get a buy one, get one offer. Ordered two pies online and by the time I drove the 3/4 mile to the store, the pizzas were fresh out of the oven. My co-worker and I scored a great dinner for $12. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Although I was excited to try &pizza and loved the idea of customizing my own pizza, my experience was unfortunately disappointing.

While the toppings were decent, I was underwhelmed by the lack of freshness and flavor. The crust was also too doughy for my taste, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the pizza. On top of that, the prices felt a bit steep for what I received, especially considering the quality didn’t meet my expectations based on reviews and recommendations.

That being said, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fine – it didn’t stand out as particularly memorable or unique, but it was comfortable and clean. Despite my less-than-stellar experience, I’m open to giving &pizza another chance by visiting a different branch or trying something else from their menu. I’ll update my review accordingly if I have a better experience in the future.

This location has gone downhill. My order has been incorrect the last several times. This last time the pizza was soggy and cold. Will not be ordering from here again. The time before that, I waited 25 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time on the app. When I arrived I thought I saw my pizza sitting on the counter just out of the oven at the expo stand, but wasn’t sure. After waiting 25 minutes, sure enough it was my pizza just sitting there on the counter. They finally closed the lid and handed me a cold pizza.

I’ve been a loyal fan of &pizza since the very first location opened in DC and was genuinely excited when this store launched. Unfortunately, since opening, there has been a steady and noticeable decline in order accuracy, food quality, and customer service—at this point, it’s simply unacceptable.

The most recent experience was the final straw. At 5:21 PM, I placed a pickup order for a family bundle scheduled for 8:00 PM. My husband arrived shortly after 8:00 PM to pick it up after working a 14-hour day, only to find the order wasn’t ready. It took about seven minutes just to be acknowledged, and even then, the staff appeared indifferent.

After waiting 45 minutes, he spoke with the manager and was shocked by the lack of concern. Manager shrugged and said there were “about five people ahead of me who had been waiting longer” and that they were understaffed—essentially implying this was just how things were. Meanwhile, after more than an hour of waiting, another customer was handed a cookie as compensation.

My husband finally received the food at 9:35 PM—1 hour and 35 minutes late. Once he got home, we discovered that half of the order was missing, along with the salad dressings.

Sadly, this was not an isolated incident. Poor communication, long wait times, missing or incorrect orders, and a complete lack of accountability from both staff and management have become the norm. Reaching out to corporate in the past clearly made no difference, as conditions have only worsened.

The wait alone cost us over $120 in lost time, and we didn’t even receive an apology. The there’s the missing food we paid for and didn’t receive. It’s incredibly disappointing, but we’ll be finding another local spot to replace what used to be a favorite.

I would say I got about what I expected. A place where you can customize your pizza any which way you want at a medium price point. The pizza was solid, but I wouldn’t say much stood out to me, good or bad. I’ve been to other establishments with the same model such as Rapid Fired Pizza and Mods and I would say they are all very similar with some minor differences not worth mentioning.

I would probably come here regularly for lunch if I worked close by, as they are very fast and efficient, and I think it would be very hard to get sick of this place, with all the different sauce and topping combinations you can create. However, probably not somewhere I’ll go out of my way for since you can find better taste and quality elsewhere.

We were a large party of 15 people on Black Friday. The staff, although were overflowed with orders, were very helpful. Smooth helped with throwing our trash away. They didn’t take forever, and the pizza was delicious.

Fantastic job done by the staff, they are very friendly and concerned. Everyone who loves Pizza just try their different style pizza you will love it. They not just made the pizza with their hands but also with heart.
They also have Vegan and they surely concern about the allergies.

Ordered traditional sauce, received spicy sauce on our to go order. After my wife’s mouth stopped burning, we tried to call to complain and get a refund, but there is no phone at this k store. We could only talk to their AI assistant, “Ben”, who wasn’t able to resolve the issue. We had to return to the store! Never ordering pizza from here again! Hire some teenagers/college kids to answer the phones!
