Such a rare place. Love the staff is they are always friendly, fun and welcoming. They work amazingly during a rush coffee hour and still manage to keep a positive attitude! Definitely a must visit if you are downtown! Shout out to jade and abbey!!

Best Flat White with whipped cream ever. If I lived closer, I’d visit this place all the time. Great atmosphere. They have their Christmas menu out and it looks fabulous.

My wife used to love this place but there is a lot of dust on light and different areas. She got sick after eating there. We aren’t sure but thinks it was either the sourdough or cross contamination or mishandling of the food(allegedly). Either way I would say maybe get a new company to get your sour dough from because this wasn’t the first time. Coffee is amazing though except when one of the new staff in the past kept leaving coffee grinds in bottom of the coffee.

Been occasionally coming every now and then, given that the food and drinks are usually good. I like the atmosphere and while most may not like the dim lighting or how the place is decorated, I think it’s different from other shops and makes it unique. However, my only complaint is the employees that work here. I have multiple issues with them. First of all, they never greet you. They just stare at you expecting you to know what to do. They can be quite rude sometimes and when you want to order they just stand around talking with other employees or sit in the areas meant for customers. I’ve also seen them stare and laugh at other customers, which can make the environment feel not so comfortable. Why would I come here to enjoy coffee when the employees can’t simply be kind? I saw a reply from the owner saying they have been trained about this kind of stuff, but clearly they don’t understand. I have heard complaints specifically about 2 girls, one had long straight dark hair and the other also had dark hair but in braids. They tend to slack off and giggle a lot while on their phones. Please train your employees to be better while on the clock.

So as a person who rarely leaves reviews, I feel one is due here. My experience with this place and especially the staff is ,by any standard of measurement , amazing. The coffee, sandwiches and treats are simply the best. The staff is friendly, efficient and do such a good job in an often very busy environment. It is quite my pleasure to shout out to the entire entity. Of course there are other options. The creame is the best place.

I arrived around noon, and the coffee itself was wonderful—perfect for today’s cold weather and definitely the highlight of my visit. I also ordered a sandwich and a bag of chips, which paired well with the drink and made the visit even better from a food standpoint. Unfortunately, the coffee shop environment didn’t match the quality of what I received. The rearranged setup wasn’t very effective; most of the seating was placed toward the front near the door, and every time the wind came in, it was more than just a quick chill. While I could have moved to the back, the lighting there was so dim that it was difficult to see comfortably.

Another issue was the employees sitting on the couch in the middle of the store. I understand that staff should be able to sit where they want, but it felt a bit inconvenient, especially on a cold day when customers are looking for warm, comfortable seating options. Overall, the coffee, sandwich, and chips were excellent, but the atmosphere and setup of the shop could really use some improvement.

I love trying new local coffee shops, so I was excited to find The Creme coffee. Unfortunately, I did not even get to try their coffee, because no one ever took my order. There were only a couple other customers in the shop who had already been waited on, so it was not because they were busy. When I came in, someone who I never laid eyes on did say hello, but no one ever came out to take my order. One girl did peek around the corner in the back and we made eye contact, but apparently she did not feel like helping me. Not sure what is going on at this coffee shop, but based on other reviews, it is clear that my experience is not unique. They just pick and choose the customers they feel like serving coffee to.

Beautiful eclectic atmosphere, very warm and cozy, clean and beautiful. Great coffee. The food looks delicious though I didn’t buy any so I can’t speak on how it tastes. All the lattes sound delicious and my campfire latte tastes just like its namesake; a warming cinnamon-y s’more.
