And then I’ve waited for the food for about 10 minutes or more and then when we received the food, some was cold, some of the bread was hard as a rock and some of the bread was soggy, the only thing hot and edible was the French fries. The cheese on the double crystals with cheese wasn’t even melted so that let you know how cold the meat and the rest of it was, but then one bun was hard as a rock. The other side of the bun was soggy, I just don’t know. It’s my second visit, isn’t it? A year, and I think this one was my last. I’m sure this one was my last..

This was the absolute nastiest building I’ve ever been in… I’m a doordasher and when I walked in I almost cancelled the order out of fear for my customers health. The floors were nasty, door handles greasy.. and after waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers and a drink I was handed a cup with the wrong lid, because they didn’t have the right lid, and a straw that was out of the wrapper because they didn’t have anymore straws. I stopped at a gas station and got them a drink from circle K on my own dime and dumped out the drink they gave me. I delivered the order and apologized for being late, but I never blame the store I simply said they forgot the drink.. Do better Krystal’s… And remind your employees we can hear their nasty mouths and conversations 3 feet away from the dividing wall..

My first time at a Krystal. Food was ok, top buns were all soggy. Ordered tater tots and ended up with chili and cheese on them. If you drive a lower car, use caution in the drive through, there are huge holes. Dumpster is next to where you order, which was very unpleasant when I rolled down my window. The speaker that you order through is way too quiet are hard to hear through.

Today, I along, (with 2 other vehicles), had to wait 30mins just to get to attempt at placing our orders and paying, but was then told they had no biscuits at 8:45am. No Military or Veteran Discount offered either. So, I left, and took my 6 breakfast combo orders down the road to Burger King, sadly!

Totally done with the whole chain. Everytime i go i ask for no onions but there’s ALWAYS on ALL of my burgers. Tonight was the last straw because the customer service at the one closest to my home #MNT003 they seem like they’re high or off or something because the girl at the window couldnt comprehend our orders actually had another person come to take our order and still nothing was right i refuse to try speaking to the managers because its like they dont even take you serious or care at all which just makes it worse. I have pictures this time of how tacky they are with fixing my food and how they blatantly ignore my requests for no onions as usual and i will not stop until the problems at this location are FINALLY resolved once and for all because I’m sick of it!! These pictures will be EVERYWHERE if nothings done. Its not fair at all i have to go through things like this every single time i go there!
