Hands down, the BEST Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever eaten at, PERIOD! The staff was amazing, friendly and courteous. The place was clean, and the bathroom was fresh! The sandwich was great with fresh veggies and meat, and topped it off with a Starry beverage. Would rate the experience a 10 out of 10, would eat here again!

By far the best Jersey Mikes I have visited. The crew making my sandwiches today were remarkably nice, respectful, and absolutely diligent with their crafting. They neatly and meticulously placed the jalapeños and spread on my sandwiches, they treated these food as if they were making it for themselves. Excellent excellent service! Thank you!

I ordered a #9 last night, (01/30/2025), and I added two bags of chips…my order was like 35 on DoorDash..I received a sub that was missing its proper toppings one of those being bacon. It comes with bacon so how was it forgotten? ;/ I was ALSO missing my two 3$ bags of chips. Since this was placed on DoorDash, and support didn’t think it was any reasons to compensate me, I wasn’t able to reorder. This is just really unfair, jersey mikes isn’t cheap for yall to be playing with peoples food orders, and it’s something y’all should pay more attention to!!!!!!!

So I want to start by saying the customer service was great. Staff was friendly and attentive while I placed my order and they made it accurately. I was greeted as soon as I entered and they were really good about moving the line. I came during lunch so it was a little busy.
That being said, the sandwich itself seems a little skimp compared to other locations I have visited.
My biggest issue was that in an effort to keep things moving,I noticed there was a lack of changing gloves. I witnessed one person wipe the counter with a rag, then gran a knife and cut my sandwich. This same person then moved to the register and began to touch the screens to ring me up and help with the card machine. I really wanted to ask for a new sandwich or at least a new top piece of bread but I didn’t want to back up the line. They really were moving efficiently. So I got home. Threw the top bread away and used lettuce in its place.
My suggested solution is to have the person on the register not be apart of the assembly line.

Stopped in for several lunch sandwiches for work and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and they were on the ball! I ordered a bunch of mini sandwiches and simply told the youngman making the food they list of numbers and he remembered and made each perfectly! The guy working the register was the same, excellent service and knew the menu quite nicely!
Everything was fresh and amazing! Highly recommend Jersey Mike’s… this place is amazing!

Great team. They acknowledged me when I came in, took my order and the chicken Philly I ordered was done in no time. Everyone is doing something and is productive. No one is just standing around or on their phone. The young lady who takes the orders is incredibly efficient and sweet. Whoever the manager is is doing a great job.
