It’s more customer service than it is the food/drink quality. The time before this someone at the drive thru attempted to make me feel bad for not tipping. This time I had rude service again. Everything came out in a matter of minutes except the box o Joe which took over 12 minutes? In the past didn’t seem like it took as long for a box. Maybe if I had tipped?
This place could be great if the customer service is stepped up a notch. But being corporate I doubt any changes will be made.
Oh, this is a pic of my medium coffee. I watched as everyone else left with full cups no matter what size.

Stopped by this location around 6:30 AM and the exterior was so dark it genuinely looked closed. For an early-morning business that depends on visibility and foot traffic, this was incredibly uninviting and borderline confusing. From the parking lot, there was almost no indication the store was even open.
I mentioned this to the staff inside — that the lack of lighting made the place look shut down — and was completely dismissed. No response, no acknowledgment, no concern whatsoever.
Early morning customers shouldn’t have to guess whether a business is open or feel uncomfortable pulling up in the dark. Poor lighting is one thing, but ignoring legitimate customer feedback is worse. This location needs to seriously address both.

The $6 special is a good deal and it’s a good way to start the morning. The hashbrowns were a little too greasy and I had to throw them in the airfryer. The coffee has an authentic, fresh ground coffee bean flavor and will definitely wake you up. The breakfast sandwich was okay, but it’s a good bargain on a bagel.

im a frequent customer at this location. So much so that most of them remember my order. Per my last review about cold foam and lack of product in my cup I since decided to use my cold foam at home. So today my question still remains why do I pay for a large and do not get the serving of an actual large drink ? Why is it that the cup is not full? The drink is too hot before I get home but regardless this is a consistent issue. I’ve never made a review about my order being wrong or the attitudes that have come and gone. We are human we all have bad days but I don’t spend my money to be cheated I got a medium for the price of a large this is insane

I ordered $6 meal. The hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old grease and taste like some put sage or rosemary on them. The taste was different. I had the English muffin, with egg and bacon. It was okay, nothing special or special. The bacon was fried completely. It wasn’t any soft fatty pieces. Coffee was good. I prefer a sweet and creamy taste.

Almost the cup Full of ice. 4 sips and it’s gone.
I want a drink, Not a cup of ice
And I chose easy ice. Imagine if I want regular ice.

Given there were only two ✌️ employees working hard doing drive-thru and inside customers. Many of the ice creams were out. The Broken TV monitor should say enough. Recommendations for greeting customers and trying to be more polite can go a long way and ease tensions.

Currently they are not letting you order inside of the restaurant. However the doors are open to walk inside to pick up an online order… Didn’t make much sense. Anyway, it’s all about customer service and surely this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have that! We walked inside to order and immediately the lady at the front counter pointed us to the sign on the door and rudely asked us to go to the drive-through.
One plus: the drive-through service was pretty fast.

I honestly hate coming to this location and often times go to another coffee chain or if in the area a different location. The fact that they never make the drink the way I ask isn’t even the worst part. The worst part is the customer service! Recently, I went to this location hoping things were better since it’s closer to where I live. Unfortunately things have gotten worse. I went to the drink through and asked before ordering if they allow modifications in the form of extra scoops. The girl writing drive-thru verified and came back to tell me yes but it’ll be $1 extra per scoop. My response was that’s fine and ordered. After ordering the manager came on the speaker to then lecture me about how they’re making an exception and it’s not something they’re allowed to do and why and wanted to make sure I knew it isn’t something they do. I was taken back as the first rep confirmed with said manager and told me yes before I ordered. I wasn’t pleased with this but still went to the window to pay. The manager was still fussing loud enough for me to hear as if I personally offended her. I watched my drink being made not as I asked and not even being filled up. I questioned the drive-thru rep about it and was given excuses instead of correction. At this point I’m no longer interested in spending money at this brand. I immediately go in to give the drink back and get my refund. The manager is still fussing and being overall unprofessional by announcing her personal opinion. This could’ve been avoided had the response to my original question just been no or if the manager kept her opinion and lectures to herself. I must state the location on 75 next to Firehouse subs is extraordinary! I drove out my way and asked the same question before ordering they not only said they could do it but didn’t charge anything extra and for the inconvenience of this horrible experience added extra to my order at no charge. They were polite and kind. If not for this other location I would never spend another dime with Dunkin. I highly suggest and recommend new management at the DeSoto location immediately.

Absolutely the worst DD I frequent. Service is extremely slow. Always understaffed and employees don’t want to work out of their job description. Eff ordering thru mobile app, you can still count on a 15-20 min wait.
